I made a purchase 4/19/23 , I canceled order with in seconds Company emails me back they will refund my money ***** hours still no money into my credit card account in the amount $91.98 still waiting. Not in the business of getting robbed I expect my money Im 64 yrs old dont have time to fight for my money do what is right. Today date is 4/22 so where is my money ? Here is my credit card number -******************* will give you the rest once you call me but you should have this information. I will also file a complaint with the consumers so this doesnt happen to any one else please refund my money . ********************* ************.Business response

We thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and sincerely appreciate your patience. Spiral Bible received your order for $91.98 at 6:54 p.m. on Wednesday, April 19th. You attempted to contact **************** to cancel this order at 10:55 p.m., 10:59 p.m., and 11:05 p.m.
As stated on our website, Spiral Bible business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We also promise that one of our staff members will do our best to be in contact within 24 hours.
Our **************** representative canceled your order at 11:13 a.m. on Thursday, April 20th. They also responded to your e-mail request to cancel your order at 3:14 p.m. (well within this 24 hour timeframe). They stated that we had canceled your order, and your refund would be fully processed within 48 to 72 hours.
Spiral Bible received a follow up email from you on Thursday, April 20th and Friday, April 21st complaining that you had not received your refund. Our team explained the refund had been issued and stated that it had not been 72 hours.
According to our records within Shopify, you were refunded $91.98 on Friday, April 21st at 11:15 a.m. This amount was refunded to your **** card ending in **** via Shop Pay, our payment processor. Our records show that this refund was issued well within 48 hours of the initial order cancellation.
Based on our documentation and previous success utilizing this payment processor, we have every reason to believe that you have received your refund. Again, we thank you for patience and understanding that refunds are unable to be issued immediately. Please let us know if we can do anything else to assist.
