I ordered lights from them and they had a 4 month hold on orders. After 4 months they said they don’t know when they will start my order. I asked for a refund and they said they would take a 3% credit card fee and I lose the taxes I paid which all amounted to 137 dollars. So I lost money getting nothing and having to wait for nothing.Customer Response

The total amount was actually 50 dollars I lost.

This was a custom order. Our policy is orders are filled In the order they are received. We put a serious amount of effort into our builds and we fix issues so this can push orders back. The 4 month time was an estimate. Custom work takes time, we appreciate the customers who understand that. Due to the fact we have to order parts to build the lights Our return policy states that custom orders can not be canceled. We made an exception for this order, minus the credit card fees we were charged when the order was placed. No taxes were charged since we do not pay taxes in his state. Please understand our business structure before ordering. Custom work is not for everyone.
