      The entire staff was rude and disrespectful. They were sexist and tried to intimate me to leave. They lied about the issue that the car was displaying and tried to gaslight me and brush the issue off. They also admitted to selling me a faulty car (busted catalytic converter) and had photo evidence, but didn't mention it until I went to the general manager. Then they proceeded to disregard my solid evidence provided by a different company. They even tried to send me away to a different company (that was completely unrelated to my car brand) and got upset when I wouldn't go to those places since I didn't purchase the car from any of those places. They even snapped at me to try again and told me to just ignore my car's issue.

      I am 37 weeks pregnant and have been treated SO bad by Winchester Fors staff, especially by the men. We had a reimbursement that Maddie PROMISED she would get back to us. A month goes by without her calling, making me drive up 3x, calling 6x with her still saying she is working on it… well she just wasn’t working on anything at all. Then when I call Maddie, the supervisor gets on the phone and this man has the ORDACITY (not audacity, ordacity) to scold me, tell me “yeah you got the wrong information but whatever”. I mean this is the worst customer service. Go anywhere but here, they don’t care about the customer, nor their customer service.

      I purchased a 2010 **** Wrangler from Malloy Ford in Charlottesville. It has an inspection sticker of 10/23. I am surprised it has passed. You cannot see out of the back window and the rear view mirror is damaged. I bought it on 11/17/22 and on 11/23/22 I turned it into the shop (was unable to travel for Thanksgiving). After over a week with the vehicle they returned it to me after they had fixed over $1400 in damages. They are not responding to my many inquires and I have reported them to the BBB. I paid over $13,000 for a vehicle that is worth $6,000 (that's my fault for not researching). I am not sure what to do now. I am so disappointed and disgusted with the lack of customer service.

      I must say be careful when you shop Malloy Ford of Winchester. I was met with less that perfect sales, service, and merchandise. January, was sold a 2015 Linc. MKC, off of a "bait and switch" tactic- went in for a truck! Purchased on a Saturday but was unable to take possession of vehicle until Monday night via delivery due to it not being inspected before being sold to me! Less than a week later, "check engine" light was on even though it was allegedly inspected by law? Mechanics wanted to "crack open gas tank" and change gas sensor plus connectors- $3500. 2nd opinion was needed! It turned out to be a dirty gas cap fix for $5! 8 months later, "check engine" light on again! This time, broken transmission that has no transmission fluid in it- again, did they even inspect it before selling it to me! My mistake was not having extended warranty on it! Let the buyers beware!

      I purchased a used vehicle on a condition that I have my mechanic look it over. Was told that's fine and the mechanic could evaluate the car (per the service manage). I was told it was a lemon and would need a new transmission. Ford said no issues we can do that we'll sell you a warranty and fix it ourselves. Took two weeks for the paperwork to process now I am told it is not valid and there is no transmission unless the transmission breaks fully or gives out. Since then I have codes engine lights a car that's been parked more than driven. Have spent over a thousand in expenses on a car I've had less than 3 months. All of which I am told this is your problem not ours. This dealer is shady and dirty and does not deserve to be located in or around this area. I hope Malloy is understanding there will be a follow up with a lawyer this is not close to being resolved. -Crone of Winchester resident since 2002

      I bought a 2017 Kia Sportage in the middle of January 2022 and 3 months later I turned on the AC because it was very hot out and it did not work. Malloy refuses to fix it and says a Kia dealer needs to and it is out of my own pocket. I even purchased the extended warranty and Kia of course will not cover it. The total cost is $1200.00. I only had this vehicle for 3 months. Malloy should make it right and have it fixed at their cost. I will not buy another vehicle from them and I am telling everyone I know my expierence. It is now in the 90's and I have no AC because I don't have $1200.00 to fix it.

      I bought a Honda Accord in November 2021 from them. Several things were wrong., The Backup camera wasn't working. I was promised they would replace it with in the month. It's been 6.5 months now and Not one person from the company has called me with information on it. Every time I have called I keep getting a reply of "Next week". Typical Used car salesman". stuff. Some minor stuff but still annoying is the fact that on the day I bought it (Used) it was raining and didn't see until the sun came out was the fact the paint job was So Scuffed up it cant be Buffed out. I needed a new Paint Job as soon as I drove off the lot. They may have vacuumed it out but Never detailed it. This place is the WORSTplace I have ever bought a car from. Don't waste your money and time.
