Lived in apartment complex from 11/2020-8/2022. Moved out in August 2022. We received a partial refund of our deposit in August of 2022. I Reached out to the manager and she said when she found our move in paper that we noted the cabinet was missing the handle. She said she would contact accounting and have them issue the check for our remaining deposit of $60. I Emailed again in January, the manager said she was out and would get back with me after she checked with accounting. I Sent a follow up email in April and then another one in May. I finally heard back on May 25th. She said that she had messaged me before and that the money was withheld for painting a cabinet not the handle. I sent her the pictures to show move in and move out photos of the cabinets. I received no response. I called on 5/30 to set up a meeting with the manager. The receptionist said the manager was in a meeting and she would let the manager know I called. One of them would follow up with a time for us to meet. I didn’t hear anything back. I emailed the manager that evening requesting a time to meet. I received no response to that email. I went by the office 6/1 and the receptionist said the manager was unavailable. I gave her my name and she remembered talking to me on the phone. She said that she told the manager I called and the manager said she had emailed me back. I told the receptionist that she hadn’t emailed me or called me back.Business response

A check request has been submitted to Potomac Vista accounting department for the $60 refund to the previous resident. Payment will be mailed to the address on file.Customer response
