Today I bought a heater at the big thrifty in Annandale VA ********* location for $19.99. I put my stuff on counter to be bagged paid went home the heater was missing. I called and the manager Kenny A****** was rude and unprofessional she said basically that i was lying. I have no need to lie about a heater. I have the receipt I asked if there is cameras in the store so they can verify I did not take the heater with me Kenny A******** stated there is no cameras this is a clothing store I highly doubt that there is no surveillance system. This unprofessional so called manager had me drive all the way from Alexandria to Annandale to be told oh maybe a customer placed somewhere but they cannot refund me well I am demanding my $19.99 back or a different heater to replace. If i left it in cart its in the store or they sold it to double profit which is fraudulent!Business response
