      On June 23, 2023, I hired *******************, who owns Plumb Perfect plumbing company out of ********** *******. I was referred to him through Angies list. He sent two men to my house to assess and fix my leaky toilet. I was charged for 1.5 hours of labor and the person was here for 30 minutes. He did have a helper who only stood and watched and ran to the van a couple of times for parts, but my bathroom is not big enough for two people to work in it *******************, who works for **** and his helper ***** were the ones that were here. **** was advised my husband had changed the seal on the toilet already and it was still leaking and that we were concerned that there was an issue that was more pressing, because our house had just been heat treated for a bedbug infestation. The wax seal was melted, and we were unsure if it had done any other damage, because my husband could not get the wax rim to seal properly. **** proceeded to just replace the seal again and told me that it was because we needed a special seal that is purchased by a plumbing company through one of their suppliers. The part was $12.99. The rest of the cost was all labor and he charged for two people and when I asked for them to honor the 15% discount coupon that was on their website he said he would be happy to but then tacked on a $45 travel charge and again charged me for two people. They left with my check payment, and, we discovered that the toilet was not fixed and it was leaking worse I tried speaking with the owner ****. He was belligerent and verbally abusive. He then talked to my husband, using profanity, and refused to fix the problem. Upon further investigation, we learned that **** is not a licensed plumber has had numerous complaints filed against him with a criminal record on file at ********** *********** and Plumbing Inspector for ***********. He is verbally abusive and refuses to return to resolve the issue. I would like my $273.94 refunded. Attorney *************** and ******* notified Help!??

      My husband, *****, and I have only received rude, threatening text messages from *******************, since we filed complaints against him and his business. He has refused to return to reassess and has been very aggressive and inappropriate. He contradicts himself left and right. We have the text messages to prove it! He texted many unprofessional messages. One message began with YOURE SO STUPIDseriously?? So unprofessional! After I filed complaints, he texted to ask where he could bring my refund of $273.94 I told him to bring it to my home. He stated(twice) that he would come to my home, yet never did. The second time he was to come and pay me, he asked what time my husband would be home. Hmmmodd, if you ask me. After that, he sent rude, threatening texts scolding me for making complaints about him and started badgering me. He was Demanding apologies..I was appalled! He emailed me a corrected invoice totally changedhe concluded that he owed me $83.00 no noteno realistic explanationjust a corrected invoice. Made no sense. He even changed dollar amount of the the part that we didnt need or ask for. First invoice shows one thing second one shows anotherconveniently changed by ****. Made no sense.

      I did not respond to any of his messages. He texted so much that we felt harassed! So, at that point, I contacted the **************************** and they advised me to block his phone number so he could not bother me. This whole situation is ridiculous, quite frankly. We cant communicate with ******************* because he is acts like a bully. Its unacceptable. We expect a full refund. This man is not a licensed plumber and misrepresented himself. He treated us terribly from the get go. When talking on the telephone he did nothing but shout and use profanity and was demeaning. When I told him that his employee, ****, told me our toilet wasnt recessed )when it clearly was) **** told me I shouldnt listen to **** and went on to ridicule his own employee. I told him he should have sent someone who knew what they were doing! He clearly didnt have a clue and **** didnt either. ******** blame game instead of trying to make things right with the customer. Stand behind his work! He did say that he would be here on a Monday morning at 9:30 AM to reassess and never showed up or called. Then started taunting us with text messages. This should have never happened. Its fraudI expect my $273.94 to be refunded to me. I hired Plumb Perfect and they did not fix my leaky toiletinstead, they made the problem worse. Then, when we called for help we got the wrath of ********* 
      Thank you for following up. My hope is that the owner, ******************* will mail me a check for $273.94 I feel its a fair request.

      We went to the ***** home on 6/23 to reset a leaking toilet. The homeowner already tried 3 times on his own to reset the toilet with no avail. When we reset the toilet, we flushed it 6 times and it did not  leak. I At the time *************** was the one home. I received a call from ************** on 6/24. He was all upset and felt I ripped him off. I offered to come on Monday morning to reset the toilet and also refund $200. We made the appointment. The before I knew the appointment was cancelled. I have since refunded $100.
