              This is the worst company ever. They literally do not pickup trash as scheduled.

              This is the only company in my neighborhood which actually picks up my garbage/recycle when they promise, so it was pleasant relationship until today. Now I'm looking at extra $60 charge in my bill, and when I called them and asked what's this for, they said it was because I left few extra carton boxes with recycle in addition to regular recycle bin?? I get it when I have some sizeable extra trash I get charged for this, but in 20 years here with different garbage companies I've never had been charged for extra carton boxes with recycle. What a bizarre experience.
