In February, 2022 we had a Culligan Sales Rep come to the house and ordered a Culligan Water Treatment System. Since we lose power often, we asked about resetting the system. We were told that we wouldn't have to worry about that since the system had a battery backup. When it was installed the tech checked his truck and told us they did not give him the battery backup for the system. After installation we called Culligan and were told that we would have to pay for the battery backup and for a technician to come out and install the part. We were not happy, but we agreed. We have made several calls to the office in ******* and are still waiting.Business response
