*** and *** contracted services with ************************* of Inside Out *********************************************** on 8/14/2021 to reupholster seat cushions for 6 chairs for the amount of $2317.60. Price included 10 yards of fabric, the seats being restuffed, and labor. We paid a 50% down payment of $1158.80. The agreement was that all chairs would be completed by the end of November 2021. The contract stated that ***** would pick up the chairs in mid-September. We attempted to contact ***** numerous times to schedule a pick up time. He picked up only 2 chairs on October 25th. At the end of November, ***** called and reported that he had the 2 chairs completed and would deliver them. We had numerous texts and phone calls to coordinate a date for getting the 2 completed chairs returned and for him to pick up the remaining 4 chairs that still had to be completed, After numerous missed appointments, on Monday, January 17th, 2022 we sent a text demanding the 2 chairs and fabric that we purchased be returned to us by Friday, January 21, 2022 We sent another text January 21st. As of this date, January 22nd, we have not gotten a response. We want the 2 chairs returned to us along with the fabric that we purchased through his company.Customer response
