      DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY:I have been a longtime subscriber of Tata Harper products but since she sold the company to an oversees outlet I have had nothing but trouble. They charge my credit card and never ship the items. You can't call or leave a voicemail, the box is always "full". I have cancelled my subscriptions and want nothing to do with them, completely unprofessional and absolutely no customer service available. "*********" sent me an email stating that my order was delivered to an address in another state and proceeded to say we are happy this issue has been rectified! Wow, who in the world is running this company? Unbelievable

      Today I visited a Sephora branch in *********, ** where a Tata Harper sales representative was working selling and representing **** Harper to customers. It was the most uncomfortable shopping experience Ive ever had. She was wanting to sell me multiple items from Tata Harper as soon as I told her I was pregnant and needed clean ingredients. The conversation immediately transitioned from skincare to extremely overstepping and invasive questioning about my personal pregnancy and even began getting into my personal medical life. She was attacking me with questions about my high blood pressure, telling me I might or should be cautious of having preclampsia and said it was a very serious condition in pregnancy. She began telling me what food to eat and what food to not eat. I was completely invoked with fear and anxiety as I have had conversations with my Dr about this and was told not to worry. This Tata Harper representative went on and on about my pregnancy and the conversation was no longer about skincare. I was so frozen and uncomfortable and felt so invaded in my personal first ever pregnancy. I went home very upset and told my husband about this experience and when we went to dinner I was so afraid to eat red meat and was constantly having anxiety about it because the Tata Harper rep was telling me not to eat red meat. I didnt even end up buying the Tata Harper skincare I wanted because I was so upset and left the store. Worst experience *** ever had and I am upset and fearful in my pregnancy.

      Worst **************** EVER!!! Don't order from this company!!! They have the world's worst customer service! If they make a mistake, they will "apologize for the inconvenience" while leaving you holding the bag. Ever since they sold to a big conglomerate, they are understaffed, never available by phone, and never willing to rectify their errors in a timely manner. What used to be a great company is just a giant joke now. I love their products, but have seen a steady decline in customer service on multiple occasions and am no longer ordering from them. Last straw was ordering from someone on the phone who guaranteed me two-day shipping so it would arrive by the time I took a trip. She sent it via ground instead, despite telling her on the phone that I was a VP customer with free ***** shipping and have had COUNTLESS issues with Fed Ex ground. Still she set up the shipping wrong and the package got scheduled to arrive after I left. Their customer service would not send an expedited replacement unless I paid AGAIN for the product and waited for the package to get "rerouted" back to their facility before I got a refund. Then their chat person told me they were short staffed, had no manager there, and that she "apologized for the inconvenience" and "wished me a restorative evening". LOL! I mean, I know it's not her fault personally so I felt bad about being rude, but they have no escalation and no interest in resolving things in a timely manner. I seriously need a skin care line. A place this expensive has no business being so cheap when it comes to customer service and customer resolution. SUCH a joke.
