      2/7/2024 , We just did the car wash today, the back was like not washed at all New edit 2/13/2024 the Eco wash team replied on this review next day, telling me to following up with them via phone call or email, however their email was not working, and no one picking up the phone either, been a week since I left a voice message or sent a message on via company website, no reply and feedback at all. It makes me have a feeling that their reply on review is only for others to see, not trying to fixing it at all.2/15/2024 update: email not working, no one picks up the phone, left voice message but no call back Address not found Your message wasn't delivered to ********************** because the domain splashcarwahes.com couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again.** 2/26/2024, as at today, no call back/feedback on email been received, would file a complaint on BBB!

      We reside in ******* between June 1st and October 15th each year. However, the rest of the time we live in *******. Last summer my wife subscribed to the Unlimited Express pass for $24.99/month at the ************ in *********, *******. However, she asked that ************ stop charging my MasterCard the $24.99/month while we were in *******, starting on November 11, 2021. Despite her request and repeated requests thereafter, Eco Car Wash continued to charge our credit card $24.99/month on November 11, 2021, and each month thereafter for a total of five times. We can't get them to stop charging their monthly fee to our credit card and now the credit card has been charged a total of $125 for the five times they have continued to charge their monthly fee since we asked them to terminate the pass service.We have tried calling ************ in ********* at ************ to discuss this and left a message four times now, but no one returns our calls, and we never can get in touch with a live person. After Googling Eco Car Wash, I found out they were purchased by Splash Car Wash in 2021, so I tried calling their corporate office in *******, ** at ************ and ************, but no one live ever answers the phone (the automatic phone system just plays music). I tried finding the *** *********************' contact information, but was unable to do so.I've never experienced such atrocious customer service. This has been a very frustrating experience that has taken much of our time.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

       

      Thank you for your message dated April 16, 2022, indicating that you have not been able to contact Eco Car Wash or their owner, Splash Car Wash, concerning the ongoing monthly bills they are charging to our credit card.  That is precisely what we have been experiencing for six months now.  In fact, they still are charging a $25 monthly fee to our credit card.  We have left numerous messages by phone and at their website with no response.

       

      By the way, in your communication you suggested sending you an email at ********************************************.    However, I received an Outlook message indicating that email address was no longer valid.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and agree that the business has reimbursed me for the expenses we were erroneously charged each month since October 2021 in reference to complaint #********.  It is my hope that the business takes action to make it easier for other customers to communicate any issues with them, as this entire matter has taken many hours of our time the past seven months.

      I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.
