August 4, 2022 we bought a Kia **** 2018. They told us we would get floor mats(I left old ones in old car with trade) and loaners were available when needed(we asked before buying). Never happened/happens. We asked how tires were, they said good.They did not give us a 2nd key. I went back when they found it, drove home, tested the key-DIDN'T WORK. I made appt-went, sat for 1.5 hrs-key didn't work for them and they had me reschedule so they could program key, next time. Sat 1.5 hr-WRONG KEY. I get a key in the mail. No communication. I call, they say, don't know who mailed it. I tell them there is no way I'm wasting time. Order me a new one, they did, they would not give me a loaner so they picked up my car and got new key programmed. Tire pressure monitor system light is on (June), I make appt to get it fixed and I have to wait a month (only ****** miles) ask for oil change and inspection at same time (July). My appt was 9:30 I was there right on time. I am told it is not an appt but a check in time. I am supposed to wait ALL DAY there? They won't give me a loaner or a ride home. By ************************** the shop. My dad picked me up as I had a slot to pick up groceries at 11 (which employees knew). I called at 4 to see what was going on and when I can get my car. SWAY BAR and TIRES need replaced to get inspected. A sway bar with only ****** miles? Tires they said were still good, less than a year ago. We put ***** miles on in almost a year. I have them picking up car today for tire pressure monitor system & the sway bar, because they won't provide loaner. I would like compensation for the floor mats we had to buy (I would have kept my old cars ones) - I have the text saying we would get them, but manager would not honor what the salesman said. I would also like to be paid back, whatever they charge us today. ***** in service is rude. You have a haircut at 9:30 and 11 you still haven't been seen? She says I told you bays were full. She doesn't reply to texts.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. What I entailed in my original message, I had already mentioned to them over and over. They are well aware of how they have treated us. I would mention things to management there and nothing was done.
*************************** is the military Vet, not me. There was a question of if you are a military vet on BBB and we both own the car, so I checked of us.
