15yr old daughter made an appointments in this establishment. She inquired prior to going how much the service she wanted done which was shellac French tip. They took advantage of her but upselling services without disclosing any of the additional cost. She had a bill of $72 with a forced 15% tip on top of it all for a service that was only supposed to cost her $50. Contacted the business to ask what had happened and they answered that my daughter should not go to a nail salon by herself.Business response

This person has gone to multiple social media and in her words will ruin *********
daughter came in wanting extra services then what her appt was for and didnt expect there be an up charge? We do not ID clients so wouldnt know if shes under age. 15% tip is comepletely false as when a client checks out they enter in there own tips. Pictures attached is our credit card machine and what client sees when checking out. Another picture is attached is a conversation between my client and I. Her informing me what this lady is posting. She has deleted this post because she wasnt getting the response from the community like she would have hoped. Calling me screaming and threatening me is not something we will stand for. Also I attached screenshots of her Yelp review and my response to it.
