We are a military family who were transferred from WA to CA last Nov. All our things were in very good conditions since we bought them new when we acquired them. The Denali Group moved our stuff and was hired by the navy. We got half of our stuff first because the other half was lost. We saw all our furniture very damaged; they were all scratched, chipped, and some were broken. After a few months, we got thr other half of our stuff that was finally found. I tried to file a complaint immediately but couldn't because the computers at work didn't work well and I need to access them to make the claim through their portal When I was able to finaly claim (Around Feb-Mar) I submitted dozens of pics of our damaged furniture (you can imagine how many things got damaged while transporting them) They responded after a couple of months just to tell me that they couldn't see the pics I submitted. They asked me to email them, so I send them in several emails because it doesn't allow me to send all of them in one email. Now they say that they cannot see any of the pics I emailed; how convenient. I've been calling the person who's working on my claim but he never anwers. So I've been leaving many voicemails and never get a call back. He emailed me saying that his phone doesn't work. Wow, how convenient! I don't believe and buy any of their lies. They cannot see the pics on their portal, by email, and their phone doesn't work? Now I'm calling the main phone num. But they just transfer me to the claims dep. but they never answer and/or call me back after leaving a bunch of voicemails. This business is a scam and they just don't want to be accountable. They are the ones who damaged our stuff and our loss is some thousands of dollars that we invested in our stuff; that's why they HAVE to refund us for the damaged. Their two employees didn't pack our stuff properly; they just used some papers to wrap them instead of thick clothes. I hope they become decent and resolve this issue soon.Business response

Unfortunately due to this moving on a military government **** of lading, all correspondence relating to this must be communicated through DPS per regulations that military has set forth (military move management system). The BBB is a commercial platform that does not govern how the military enforces their regulations. Please continue to use DPS to communicate any damages that have incurred to your shipment.
