I recently purchased a vehicle from OpenRoad Northwest (dba Rolls Royce Seattle) on 9/25/2023. The car was then shipped from Seattle to my home in *****, ******* arriving on 10/14/2023.Upon delivery, I noted the following items of concern and advised OpenRoad immediately that were never disclosed prior to the sale. These deficiencies were found by our local authorized Rolls Royce dealer and amount to more than $18,915.90. - Missing complete set of owners manuals - Large paint chip on drivers rear panel and dents on the passenger side door that were not disclosed at anytime - Spirit of Ecstasy malfunctioning - Warning light on dash related to tire pressure monitor system malfunction - Missing tire pressure sensors on all four wheels - Non-OEM tires - Rear license plate light inoperable - Lower bumper air deflector damaged - HVAC filter failure - Missing floor mats - Missing both umbrellas - Missing both front and rear ashtray and lighter inserts The cost of addressing these items is $18,915.90 per proposals from Rolls Royce *****, not including any paint repairs needed to rectify the paint chip and dents that were not disclosed.Had the items above been disclosed to me prior to purchase, my purchase price would have been adjusted downward accordingly. It is unacceptable to not only sell a vehicle with the deficiencies and safety issues noted above, but also fail to include standard items that are part of the vehicle. This vehicle was stripped of everything possible before it was delivered to me without any disclosure prior to completing the sale despite the Seller knowing full well about the unsafe condition and faults.To date, I have not heard back on any resolution from the Seller. Recognizing that the vehicle is indeed pre-owned, these issues are considerably more than slight cosmetic imperfections.Business response
