date of transaction: 3/17/24 amount paid: $188.70 I ordered an herbal product without realizing it only lasted up to 7 days. I thought it would last several rounds of treatment, not just one. I asked to proceed with a return. The product is unused and unopened. I have reached out to them 3 times with no response. This is their return policy: Returns of unopened products will be considered within 30 days of original purchase. Due to the consumable and sometimes perishable nature of some of our products, we are not able to accept opened products, or to return items after 30 days. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. ID is required for all returns or exchanges. We want you to love it, and we will do our best to make it right. However, from time to time, we may not be able to accommodate a return. Healthy Beings Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.**********************************************Business response

We want to extend our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced recently with your refund process. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen technical issues involving the removal of QuickBooks as a processing vendor from the Shopify platform, we encountered significant challenges with processing refunds.
This was a unique situation where QuickBooks was removed unexpectedly from Shopify, and as a result, refunds that were processed through QuickBooks could not be completed in the usual manner. We understand the frustration this may have caused and appreciate your patience as we worked diligently to resolve the matter.
It took several attempts and coordination between Shopify and QuickBooks to address this issue effectively. We are relieved to inform you that as of May 6th, the issue has been resolved, and all affected clients, including yourself, have received their due refunds.
Please rest assured that we have taken steps to prevent such occurrences in the future and are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable experience for our customers. Your trust and satisfaction are paramount to us, and we are grateful for your understanding during this unexpected challenge.
