      Terrible phone service quality. I'm in ******** ****. The capital of ****, and largest city in ****. I've had Metro for 4 years now. Over the last month and a half. Phone reception has gone down drastically. Calls dropped, GPS doesn't work. Messaging is delayed. I bought a brand new phone a couple weeks ago from these scammers. The new phone or old will not connect to any wifi, it just says searching. So fed up today, I decided to call and complain to Metro. Thank goodness I screenshot all the messages. But customer service got an attitude with me , like they ain't selling borrowed tower service. Come to find out, Metro doesn't own cell towers. They only piggy back off bigger carriers like T-Mobile. I'm done with Metro PCs forever. They are sad scammers similar to TracFone, and a lesser grade than boost mobile. Just be warned, if you continually drop calls, and your cell reception is bad. Don't plan on taking a road trip using your phone GPS. You'll be stuck, stranded!

      I don't see y I can't file against metro T-Mobile when their operations are hideous and thoses agent are unprofessional and scaffolding idiots.And get into personal phone information and delete features at their will.Because they are foreign agents which tht is completely ********

      I have been with ******** 7 years! I bought an iPhone 16 and paid the taxes of $97.71 The phone was damaged, but before they would send me another one I had to pay the taxes of $97.71 again?? The phone was not available in the store so Ive did everything online, and delt with people located outside of *** Making it hard to explain, and Ive literally spent hours on the phone with them Im getting a refund but, it is taking a long time, they debt the money in seconds and do not get yours back for a month! The refund will be split, part refunded on my account, and the other refunded on my card. Yet they took it all from my card! Im angry, annoyed and disappointed

      This is the trashiest company in *******. I was overcharged for a 5g modem that doesn't work. I was trying to use it for work since i work remote but it's a no go every time i get it to work it works for like 1hr then disconnects saying please unplug modem and try again on the digital display. I tried to return it to the store I bought it from on the 13th day and the guy started speaking in Arabic to his co-worker over the phone and was being arrogant towards the metro supervisor which i had on my phone. Manager would not even show up to the store to refund me and stated that it was the 14th day that he could not refund it mind you the supervisor even told him to count how many days it was on a calendar. Supervisor on phone stated i was eligible for a full refund but the manager which was not even in the store and on his co-worker's phone on speaker was telling the supervisor from metro to do a procedure called metro promise or some mess like that. So i filed a complaint and here i am still waiting for a manager from metro to call me. Four days later and nobody has contacted me and i haven't received a refund. Been with this company for more than **** and now they pull this c*** with a loyal customer. But if they do not correct this I will be taking my business elsewhere. Stay away like the plague from this company they make stuff up and hate to refund a customer because they will lose their commission and that's all the managers and employees care about.***** A

      Sales clerk locked up my ******* phone , not doing something right , when I was "" bringing my own phone "" to their plans...so I had to BUY one of there's instead of offering my a free one with a $10 more mo plan. Charged $140 for crappy pH I never heard of , data hardly works so I called to find out why.. cause I was sold a 4g pH in a 5g area is what they told me.. I'm going back to ******* and anyone that gets metro it's not worth your money. I can't even use this crappy wilko voix pH with other companies cause it's not compatible with any other company. It's worse service than a $1 kiddy pH at the dollar tree !!

      This is the worst service I ever experienced in my life even the supervisor I spoke with today did not even care after I bought a brand new phone still wanting me to spend money after having insurance on the phone it's ridiculous I don't want to ever buy a phone from metro PCs they don't care about there customers every phone i buy I have a very bad experience ****** b

      This company is horrible, I called in to get some help on. Issue and I was hung up on 4 times, 3 by representative and 1 by supervisor, I have been a loyal customer and to be treated like trash with a problem that was on their end is crazy, i was mislead into buying a 4g phone i thought was 5g and my phone has had issues and no one has helped me. I pay ***** for 2 lines, a month and i barwly can get anyone in their stores, because no one is ever in them, ( meaning employees) and i cant get customer service to help either, it is frustrating and as a customer it makes me.want to think and possibly maybe lok elsewhere and i dont want to do that. They need ***** better by their customers, this is how you can lose customers with poor customer aervice

      I was being over charged since December of 2023, received $90 of my money back and the last $150 was not approved for some reason. Tried to contact multiple **** about it while showing proof that I should have been getting MY money back and they just apologized for the inconvenience. Paying off the rest of my lines and switching service. If I could give 0 stars I would, theres no reason a company should be allowed to keep money that wasnt theirs to begin with.

      This company bold face lies to you steals your money and when they charge you insurance for your phone they don't even honor it and charge you even more money when the phone is still under warranty and will refuse to do anything to help you stay away from this phone company if you don't want screwed out of alot of money and when it's all said and done you will just be out all that money and they are protected by big time company's so you won't get anything in return just ****** over

      ************* is c*** Lose signal even when you don't move, emergency calls only, no service. So if I break down somewhere, there's a BIG chance maybe 90% that I won't have service...Never ever go to metro.. ************** and if it's your first month you can't move your phone for 6 months. Great, so now I have to pay $40 for service that doesn't work.. What a big ripoff you guys are..
