xCita is trying to bill me for a service never ordered nor have ever heard of. It tells me that it is a PayPal order just one problem with that. I have never used PayPal nor have an account with them so that would be impossible. When I confronted them by phone they hung up very quickly.Business response

I have had a terrible experience with Wisestamp (a vcita company) and still have not reached a resolution. Last August of 2021, I wanted to try out their services but thought I was signing up for a free trial followed by a $5/a month charge that I could cancel at any time. Instead, I was charged $69.60 after the free trial. I reached out to customer support to request a refund and to cancel my subscription. Their customer support agent (named *******************) wrote the following: "No worries, your subscription has been canceled and your payment has been refunded. You should see the transaction on your bank statement in a few business days." However, no refund was ever received. To my surprise, I noticed yet ANOTHER unauthorized charge of $69.60 a few days ago on my bank statement, over a YEAR after I should have 1) received a refund for the first charge and 2) had my account and subscription terminated. At this point, Wisestamp needs to refund me a total of $127.20 and I expect them to ensure that this will never happen again. If I do not reach a resolution, I will have no choice but to dispute the charges with my bank and request a new credit card number so that this does not happen once more. What a waste of my time, energy, and finances.Business response

To whom it may concern:
We are sorry to hear ***************** had a bad experience with WiseStamp (a
vcita company). WiseStamp is an email signature tool helping hundreds of
thousands of professionals and companies easily design and manage their
and their companys email signature. At WiseStamp we offer a variety of
subscription tiers as well as a 14-day money back guarantee option from
the purchase date.
***************** signed up to a Wise Stamp subscription on August 20, 2021. The
exact amount of $69.60 and the billing cycle are clearly stated at our
checkout page. In addition, every customer receives an email
confirmation, which includes the amount their card was charged.
Roses first refund request to our team was sent on August 20th, 2021 (A
Friday). Our company policy and process in these situations is to offer a
full refund while asking for the reason for termination. We can see that in
this specific situation although the effort was made to process the
cancelation request. For some reason the subscription was not canceled
last year which resulted in Rose being billed again automatically this year
and we apologize for that. We will clarify the process with the team to
avoid this in the future.
Rose made it clear in her following email in 2022 that the subscription has
not been terminated as she was billed again and received a full refund for
both years in the amount of $139.2 on August 31st, 2022.
We've tried to engage with ***************** for several days now through email
and phone to apologize and inform her that we've refunded the full
payments for $139.2. We also removed her for any future billing activity
with our company.
At this stage we've exhausted all efforts to amend the situation with Rose
****.
Please close this complaint as vcita and WiseStamp have complied with
the request of this customer.
Sincerely,
Motty Porshian
