This company offered us equipment for a cost of over ****** USD. The equipment is for the ** Government. We were made to pay 100% in advance and since then all contact has been stopped. This company will not answer mails and not answer the phone. At this point we are not sure if they are a real company??Business response

Paid over ****** USD for equipment and no contact from this so called company for months now. We think they have scammed us and know of other such incidents. The company will cost us potential millions in future government contracts. No answer to mails or calls.Business response

I ordered a shaker table from Mount Baker Mining Metals and transferred a 50% deposit ($8000) to begin construction.The agreed construction time was **** weeks.Near completion time I followed up to check on progress and was told they are still waiting on parts.When asked what parts they were waiting on, they did not know.It is now more than three months overdue from the original deadline and staff are no longer replying to emails or answering my phone calls.All I ask is to continue communication so we can get this resolved. I have been patient and diplomatic through the whole process and disappointed that they have chosen to no longer communicate.Business response

Dear *****,Thankyou very much for your response. I can confirm that I received notification by email seven hours after submitting my complaint that my shaker table is now ready for shipping.
My last communication prior to this complaint was with ******* on the 7th October by phone and she advised that she would find out if the parts had arrived to complete the table. She promised to call or email back and let me know so we could have a better understanding for an estimated time of completion. I never heard back and followed up over the next week with multiple phone calls and emails with no response. This lack of communication and had me worried which led me to submitting this complaint. This was compounded by the fact **** was unable to give me a revised ETA after asking many times over a period of three months.
On receiving the final invoice, ******* notified me that I also need to pay extra for shipping. I specifically asked **** to quote on freight before the order as I had to budget for this purchase. The original quote and emails I received clearly indicates the total price included freight to the port of ********, *********. I asked ******* if there was a mistake in the original quote, she chose not to answer the question and instead issue an updated invoice including an extra $3500 shipping payment. Could you please clarify what happened here?
I look forward to seeing photos of the completed product as requested so I can send through the final payment.

We ordered a equipment in March 2022 and drive from **************** to pick up equipment in ********** **. We paid them/wired them over $50,000 for this equipment. We arrived and one piece wasnt ready, so we left without the full order. They told us it was stuck in a shipping crate. That April 28th. We have had to call them to ask the status of our other equipment, and paid them another 5000$ for them to ship the equipment. On July 26th approximately, we received a text that stated the equipment should arrive within a week. It is now August 10th. We still have no equipment and they will not answer the phone nor return our calls. We are frustrated. They will not give us/provide us the phone number for the owner so we can discuss. The only people we have spoken with us ****** and ******* who are office people, will not let us talk to anyone else. We do not think the owners are aware of this issue.Business response
