      On 11/27/23 I paid $257 & 11/29/23 $75 more to Manicci luxury car mats through there company website, for a leather interior floor cover (2016 ***** Malibu). I tracked the delivery online for almost six weeks until I found they were delivered to a city in **************, I attempted to contact Manicci (as suggested by them) through text, email and voicemail, but what really has me concerned is they Never answer their phones. I dont know what to do, I suspect they have gone out of business.

      On August 1st, 2022 I ordered a set of diamond stitched all weather vehicle floor mats costing $507.00 for my 2023 ******** Manicci said it would be a few weeks before the mats were completed and delivered. I waited months and nothing arrived. So I began trying to contact them. It was impossible to get through to anybody. My mats never came and the company is keeping my money. $507.00 is a lot of money to lose. I have tried several times (more than 50) to call Manicci and can not get a call back no matter how many messages I send. I also paid an extra fee of $40 to have the mats rushed. Half a grand is a lot of money to take from a consumer, and then provide no product, and not even answer the phone. Their lack of communication proves to me that this company is nothing but a scheme. I need help getting back my hard earned money.

      On October 2nd I ordered car mats from here and they wouldn't send me tracking numbers for my package unless I badger them, and then had to get another tracking number and I had paid extra to have it expressed shipped and I still don't have the ****, when they were to be here by October 20th and it's now Nov 14 th and have it going to the wrong address. And they never answered my phone calls

      I received a custom order (#*****) of car floor mats @ May 5-6th, 2022 and they do not fit.The following are my attempts for resolution in consecutive order. * Calls were placed May 6 ,7 ,8 and 9th, 2022. (ext. 2/support). No answer. Left messages each time. * May 9th noticed website mentions a 24/7 texting line *************). I texted and got an immediate response, "Please e-mail ******************************************* May 13th still had not received an email reply, so I texted again. NO RESPONSE!* May 16th, texted again. NO RESPONSE!* May 18th, texted and got a delayed response, "Hello please check e-mails they are being answered sorry for late replies staff has been in factory lately". Finally got an email that same evening apologizing for the delay and that the design manager is looking into it and to please wait for response.* May 30th received a follow-up email received stating, "Sorry for it. Only solution for fitment it to remake them but will look very odd with extra cutouts! Is it ok that we give customer partial refund?" I replied, "A full refund is the only solution I will agree to! You guarantee fitment or we will make it right and since you cannot correct the issue, I want a full refund and I will send them back to you!"* No reply by June 10th, so I e-mailed again threatening actions like contacting my bank and the BBB.* Today, July 26th still no reply.*
