I purchased the product, was not satisfied with it and tried to get my money back, "no questions asked". I could not even get a response. The email address didn't work and that apparently was the only way to contact them. I tried the email through their web site and direct through email. I was like a snake oil salesman who skips town in the middle of the night.

I agree with the others. I would have been inclined to purchase the product and try it if the marketing video wasn’t so long and full of promises to share her miracle stretches up next, but never did. Just tell me why you are credible, what the product is, what the proven results are and how much the product is and if there’s a money back guarantee or not. You can provide testimonies on the website.

Great company to do business with. We ordered their program but my wife's doctor said this wasn't her problem. We asked for a refund and it was cheerfully granted. Can't ask for more.

I sat through an entire 45 minute Iinfomercial with alex saying “I’m just a moment I will share you three free easy exercises for your neck that will change your life”… FOR FORTY FIVE MINUTES and at The end she says, “you have two choices-“you will be left with crippling back pain…hip and back pain….shooting nerves down your legs…it can even disable you from walking or breathing on your own…you may even be forced to endure painful and coatly Surgeries, how is your family going to feel as they wait outside the operating room for you…” “or option 2 you purchase the program” I have a ten shots of all of this. She literally threatens you with worsening. Health, even predicts it! If you don’t buy her course! AND NEVER EVER TELLS YOU THE ‘THREE SIMPLE EXCERCISES’ she promises about ten times for FORTY FIVE MINUTES. She is praying on people! I promise you some people fall for the scare tactics and buy. Despicable. .

I really do appreciate women supporting women and “calling” people out that need to be called out. I have a three year old little girl, so I hope you know I take this very seriously as I’m a major feminist myself. This is a small business (there is just two of us running it (two women)??) and we both care deeply about our clients and helping other women. I was a Pilates instructor for many years with a passion for pre/postnatal women’s health. The product itself has helped many women and has changed many lives. It is something I’m personally very proud of. I completely agree that I do make many strong claims in my marketing. However, I wouldn’t have been able to successfully reach and help as many women as I have, without them. As someone who has struggled with bladder leakage I was intrigued. Having spent money on Emsella to no avail, so I figured I look into Alex Miller's program. She never mentions her professional background in the promotion videos, so before buying her product, I decided to check out her background. Having a background myself in body mechanics, yoga therapy, and dance therapy (degrees and certifications in all three), I figured she's at least had some actual training in the world of health and movement - but Nada / nothing. You are buying a product from a young lady who did her undergrad in anthropology, worked at a Veterinary clinic, was a receptionist at a chiropractor, and a hostess at Olive Garden. No disrespect to anyone in these professions, but if you're going to sell a product or program involving people's health, based on anatomy, physiology, and biodynamics you have to, at minimum, be trained in some kind of allied health field. Unfortunately, in the US, what Alex ****** is selling is completely unregulated (which gives her incentive to not pursue allied health certification, because then she would be subject to regulation and oversight). Find a good pelvic floor physical therapist; they will give you exercises and provide in office treatment that will make all the difference (my own experience took about twelve weeks and REALLY worked). As to Alex ******, I'm sorry to hear of he parent's cancer (if that story is even true), or her own bladder leakage, but that certainly doesn't qualify her to sell an allied health product given how scant her actual allied health background is.

Yikes, that infomercial is scary, I mean how many times can she say “In a moment I’m going to share with you…” and then she doesn’t. But instead Alex will tell you over and over about her Mom’s cancer diagnosis and her own problems. Yawn. And bravo to your acting coach. Shameful. Read her responses to people filing complaints about how they are treated…she sounds like a robot. Ick.

I received my Pelvic Floor Strong DVD which ws already opened and I assume had been returned by another consumer. I did not receive the additional products I paid for in the package. The video is little more that what is already described in the info-merical I watched online. She does give you a few exercises to do including Kegal exercises. There are other exercises to do for your back and stomach but nothing really different than exercises I would normally do when working out. When I wrote for a refund they did refund me but charged me $14.99 for shipping of a single DVD. What's more aggravating is they have sent me a deluge of e-mails promoting other click-bait links. I assume PFS gets a fee for every click or sale they make from these non-stop e-mails. Just want to warn people to not waste their money on this.

While this program appears to be based on sound exercises, how they process and handle the financial transaction(s) is a scam. If a user is not extremely careful, they will wind up with multiple charges from **** Bank. Upon contacting **** Bank, they will not give you the phone number for this business. As a mater of fact, Pelvic Floor Strong does not provide a phone number for contact to address issues. The Pelvic Floor Strong financial transactions are a scam. I urge you not to purchase this program due to the way they handle the financial transactions. There are only interest in obtaining the maximum amount of $$ from customers.

This is a scam and even though they say if you are. It 100 percent satisfied your money returned to question asked. NOT TRUE. The phone number of not work they bill under a fake name Never again, I can't do the exercise because of hip,replacement and age. Disgusting ** and scam.

I paid for the Pelvicfloorstrongsystem.com system and immediately after purchase I was recommended to watch "this video 1st" after my purchase. I did watch the video and immediately got threats that the original system I bought would not work unless I bought an additional system that was twice as much and got additional threats that I might not be able to access my product if I didn't continue to watch the 2nd video.
I checked my email and found the original product
access already there. This seller, in my opinion, is threatening folks and making her original product a failer from the start according to the "Watch this video 1st" video.
