I would give the sales and service staff a higher rating, but the finance people who used high pressure tactics to push an extended warranty on me would receive minus 1! After returning home and realizing I did not want the warranty, I attempted to cancel but it took more than 24 hours to reach the finance person. The process to cancel was slow and difficult but was accomplished as far as I knew. According to finance person, refunds are available in 4-6 weeks. After 160 days, I contacted the warranty company and was informed they had never received a cancellation and the refund process on their end took ***** days.Once again I reached out to West Hills finance who attempted to claim puzzlement about the issue not being resolved, despite regular inquiries on the progress and a conversation with a supposedly higher department supervisor! I have once again been reassured my refund is in the works! I am working with the state consumer affairs and licensing department to prepare my case should my refund not appear in 10 days.Review from Luke C

My 2017 **** Edge had a check engine light. I was told I had to leave the car with them for ***** hours just to diagnose the problem. No loaner cars were available so I had to rent a car. They charged my $189 for each engine diagnostic event though the computer gave them a total list when connected. They replaced a fuel vapor separator and marked to price of the part up over 50%. What should have taken 1 day took 4 days. Slow service and over pricing are the chief issues.Review from Vanessa C

02.22.2024 traded in my 2012 **** Fusion, Silver in color, with *******+ miles on it. Received less than $2700 for the trade. TODAY 02.25.2024 they have it listed for sale at $11,988 with a FALSE ODOMETER READING OF 32,000!!!!BUYER BEWARE!Review from Mark B

Was quoted $99 for an oil change. And when I went to pick it up. They'd try to build me 150 because it was full synthetic.This service at board is incredibly horrible and dishonesthat's true, since we have a knew **** Maverick, there have been so many recalls and so many trips to the service where they have to keep it for multiple days for simple issue.Review from Chris B

West Hills Ford has a reputation as the least competent service department in the area. If not from Kitsap County, or new to the area, save yourself the trouble and go to ************. Those who have had dealings with the service department at West Hills know; they take too long, over-charge and have a difficult time making the repairs. THEY DO NOT CARE.I was quoted ~$2500 to for repairs including front in vibration on my truck that was under warranty. Picking up the truck, all costs inflated at the counter and they slipped in a service package (that I did not ask for) resulting in a $4000 bill.I left a review on their ****** how did we do' follow up email, explaining their poor service. The Service 'Manager', *****************************, called me up and said they wanted to make it right. We scheduled a day for them to come pick up the truck and again attempt the repair. To no surprise, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP.******* is great at one thing - not responding to emails.This is has not been my first issue with the service department, but it will be the last; never going back.Review from David Z

Very poor customer service. Took my vehicle in for repair. They kept it for 2.5 weeks and when I called they ghosted me. After many attempts to call them I finally went to their location . They had not even started to work on my vehicle. During the initial quote I was charged twice for the same services. I took my vehicle home and had another company work on it. They did a beautiful job with one day turnaround for a better price. I will never take my vehicle to West Hills Ford again.Review from I O.

This dealer makes you wait for 3-4 hours for a diagnostic and tire rotation. There is often little resolution with this dealership when you bring a concern to them. There was also an incident in which their partner, ************* center garage door slammed on top of my car and no one did anything about it.Review from Fred R.

Sent me a Reimbursement check for licensing overcharge , I couldnt cash it and asked them for a replacement. I was told they would send me a new one and never sent it. I called the dealer twice. I guess they are happy to take your money but hate to give any back. $45 down the drain!
