I went to replace a battery for my watch so when the worker took the watch apart the hands came off and they couldnt put it back together so they offered me $100.00 but took that offer off the table and said I needed a receipt. Once I replied I ordered the watch off the internet and could not produce one they informed me that there was nothing they could do.So Im filing a complaint to see what if anything can be done I paid over $150.00for my watch I need to be compensated or what is the next step?Business response

It is not common that my employees damage a customer's watch, but it does happen, and I have no problem replacing the watch or issuing you a refund for the value of the watch.
If you could produce a receipt, or respond with the watch make and model, I'd be happy to see if I can find you a replacement.
