I sent check for $135 for medical testing . Was received by company 11/8/23. They cashed check immiedately and performed zero services. Said their internal systems went down and they'd be up and running again soon. Waited waited waited and no test results; their system never came back up. Very poor communication throughout this waiting process as well. Finally I went to another provider to get test results , and requested refund in writing to Diagnos Techs multiple times and many many phone calls , 9 times out of 10 they don't answer their phone. Got thru to someone today who said they had to escalate to upper management who would contact me same day to get it resolved. I have yet to hear back from anyone and they will not pick up their phone. I want refund for check cashed 2.5 months ago. I don't have time to deal with this. Completely unprofessional.Business response

This is a diagnostic testing facility. I sent samples that their records indicate arrived 11-1-2023. Within a few days I was receiving the message that there were technical difficulties and there was a delay in accessing the data. The $270 payment went through without a hitch and quickly. More recently, issues were reported to be resolved, however, I still have no results. At least a dozen phone calls and emails over the last month have yielded zero responses. Can I expect results or refund or do I need to initiate legal measures?Initial Complaint

I had this lab complete two tests for me. I assume the results are accurate, and I received the results in a timely manner. However, I have called and emailed this company countless times as I need invoices from them. They never answer the phone, never respond to voicemails, and never respond to email. I need these invoices ASAP. Dates of service were 1/18/23 and 2/13/23. Failing to provide an invoice for services rendered in unacceptable. They make you fill out payment information on the requisition forms that get mailed with your sample to the lab, but they they never give you an invoice and I didn't even know if they got my samples, because there is zero contact from them.Business response
