We were quoted for a garden design plan, to which ******* took many months to respond to and begin. Once she began, she insisted she needed to have her team come out and clear out property so she could do a "proper" design. We paid $5k for a team to come out and do some brush clearing throughout the property. When ******* finally presented an initial design plan (again, many weeks after she promised she would have it) it was not accurate to our garden at all and made me realize the brush clearing was completely unnecessary. We asked for a few revisions to which we were told we would receive by May 15 and have still not heard back.We have called the company and emailed many times in the last month to figure out when this design project (which we started inquiring with in January) would be completed and have heard nothing from anyone in this company. We have not received the design plan which was promised, nor have we been able to get a response from anyone other than their receptionists.

In 2020 we hired ****'s Tree Service to build a patio at our home. During construction they damaged our septic system. They attempted to fix the problem, which made the whole septic system non-functional. They said they were bonded for this, but their insurance company investigated the matter and said they were not bonded/licensed and would not pay. A completely new septic system was required by the city. ****'s Tree Service knew they needed to pay for that system and initially had an understanding with the septic builders that the money would come from them, but as we got closer to the time when the septic designer and septic builders needed payment, ****'s Tree Service would not pay. With an open septic line and sewage in our yard, we were forced to pay ourselves to ensure the job was done and we had a functional septic system. The cost was $41,716.89, which we had to finance ourselves and we now need to pay back. This fee was paid by ourselves in October 2022. Multiple attempts and requests have been made since that time to receive payment for the septic repair from ****'s Tree Service. We offered a month to find the funds, but have never received a reply since we paid out of our own pockets for the septic repair. They have not answered a phone call, responded to a text message, nor responded to an email. ****'s Tree Service knows they are responsible for this repair and payment, as they had initially agreed to pay the septic builders. However, they intentionally dragged their feet when payment was required forcing the septic builders to nearly back out and forcing us to pay out of pocket in order to not have active sewage draining into our yard. Once we made the payment, they have disappeared. ****'s Tree Service needs to repay the entire cost ($41,716.89) for the rebuilt septic system which they destroyed when working on our property. The photo shows the extent of the septic redesign required by the city for the damage caused by ****'s Tree Service

Customer repair was made whole 1/23/23.  The septic repair was paid in full.  Why hasn't the consumer made a completion comment after their complaint?
