I purchased the car Within30 days he wouldn't give me the plates for the car He demanded a balloon k payment and more money Which is against our auto agreementThen he stole the car back and said I have to pay it off before he gives it back to me.

The vehicle was never stolen from the owner. The owner asked VOE to tow the vehicle to the dealership so the people trying to steal it wouldnt be able to. We recovered the vehicle with all four tires slashed and the owner stated she had no choice because someone was trying to steal it. The legal owner of the vehicle came into VOE Auto Sales on 5/3/2023 and wrote a statement turning over all rights to the vehicle back to VOE due to not being able to afford the payments.

i bought a car from Voe Auto dealer ship, after the test drive (10/22/2022) the engine light came on the owner told me that they just replaced the head gasket and didn't clear the light so I told him I would be back on the following Monday (10/24/22 and if the car was fixed and the light was taken care of, I would buy the car (2011 ***********)I returned Monday and the cat was ready no engine light at this time. Tuesday 10/25/2022 i drove the car to work about 22 miles round trip car was fine the morning of 10/26/22 I started to drive the car to work but the engine light came on and the cab filled with smoke. i called the dealer ship and was told to bring the car in so they could look at it. after work that day i took the car over to VOE's. were he put the car on the code scanner and code P0299 (under boosted), we made arrangements for me to drop off the car on Saturday 10/29/22 so his can have a mechanic look at it. I was told that the car was fixed, and I picked it up on Monday 10/31/22 drove the car to work on 11/2/22 and on my way home the light came on again i had my friend scan the code for me and P0229 came up again now the car is running badly and i call Voe once again, he has me bring it back to his shop when the mechanic will be there 11/3/22 6:00pm we meet the guy scans the car tells me he can fix it for $250 + the $200 for the last time he looked at the car, I was surprised at the 1st price of $200 because the coat still doesn't run so i paid the $450 to fix the car dropped it off on Saturday 11/5/22 and picked it up on Sunday 11/23/22 the cat ran with no problems for only one day 11/07/22 the cat sent the same code P0299 but now it's in limp mode and will only go 45mph, and Voe will not take my calls or text , went in to talk to them and was told the car was sold a** is and not his problem I paid $7400 for this car that never ran to begin with I think they scammed me VOE dealership and his mechanic i want my money back for the car and the repairs that i paid for but never got

The customer came in on 10/22/2022 with his personal mechanic and they test drive the vehicle. They returned from the test drive and didnt state any issues with the vehicle so he stated he will be going to the bank to collect the money, the bank was closed so the customer said he will be back Monday with the money to pay for the car. The customer was told on Saturday since the car had to be jumped we purchased and put a new battery in it. The customer came a purchased the car Monday afternoon and after he got off of work he came and picked it up. He then came by VOE on that Wednesday or Thursday and asked if the codes could be checked due to the check engine light coming on. The vehicle was scanned and an underboost code appeared. The customer then discussed the issue with a mechanic that was present on our lot and they came to an agreement that the mechanic will fix the issues causing the check engine light to appear. At that time, the mechanic and customer set up an appointment to fix the vehicle. The customer stated I will be busy this weekend, is it okay if I drop the car off at VOE so the mechanic can pick it up and fix it VOE stated that was perfectly fine. The customer dropped the car off 10/28/2022 the mechanic came and picked up the vehicle. The customer and mechanic went on a test drive after picking up the vehicle, customer stated he was satisfied.
The customer called a few days later stating that the check engine light came back on, we then explained to the customer cars are sold AS IS and if there are further complications with your vehicle to get in contact with the mechanic that he agreed to let fix his vehicle.
VOE and the customer was satisfied after the sale of the vehicle was finalized and both parties agreed it was a reliable car. If further information is needed for the mechanic we can get in contact with him and provide the necessary information.

      Thank you,

      VOE Auto Sales

      1. Im not satisfied with this response, they never fixed the car paid $450 dollars to them as well its ok for them to sell people $6500 cars that brake down the next day with a major repair and then hide behind it was as is , 2. The first day I bought the car it was my brother in law and hes not a mechanic . After they stated they fixed the car for the second time did I bring in my own mechanic and the told him what they did to the car , but the next day the car acted in the same manner , all the did was reprogram the car so it would turn off the engine light for a few miles before it come back on Im about $800 in to fixing this car now and that not including the $450 I payed VOE for the same repairs
