We (***************************** & *********************) hired Razor Landscaping to pour a new concrete patio (19 x 68) plus 3 sets of stairs and move a sprinkler valve box to another location. Disputes-Poor workmanship/quality, concrete material used (incorrect PSI), sprinklers not working correcting, damage to lawn, concrete splatter all over siding and windows, chipping of concrete on relief cut lines, possible leak of sprinkler lines (water is pooling in valve box), reused valves when said we get new ones, concrete steps not poured to code plus more.4/15 requested a quote for a concrete patio, ****** came out and we showed him what the scope of work would include. We stressed several times, this house was built long before ******** purchased the home and we had no idea what demolition of old steps, and the old patio would be like.We explained that we need to move valve box and some sprinklers before concrete/demo work could begin along with care to be taken with our existing lawn. He stated his brother did sprinklers and landscaping and could come look at what needed to be done. ****** came out to look at our needs on the irrigation system on April 18th. We showed him what needed to be done. He texted **** a quote for $600.00 to move the valve box, to include NEW valves, $150.00 to install a new outdoor no freeze faucet, and $30.00 per sprinkler that needed to be fixed after the system was up and running. ****** asked for a picture to be sent to him to see how many valves that needed to replaced. We agreed to the price and scheduled him for April 29th begin. Since our weather has been mild we didnt use the irrigation until May 10th, we found 3 sprinklers not connected to any station.**** texted him about this issue. He replied he would be there the next day as it was probably a wiring issue. On May 11th ****** came by and checked out the wiring, that was not the issue. ****** along with 2 others came over on May 13th to.... we have more to type not enought roomCustomer response

Attached is the correspondence with ****** and ************************* regarding the sprinkler and concrete. We never received an actual invoice from either one but were sent the bid for the concrete, we had ************************* sign for the payments that were made to him.Business response
