I received a coupon on my phone for Great Clips, for a hair cut! My son needed a hair cut and he likes that place. Since the gym is right next store, I gave him my credit card, and the phone, I clicked on the email that was sent, it said he was in line for a hair cut, only 5 min. I said to him that the coupon is connected to this email and the amount should be $14.99 since you have a coupon. Make sure you press redeem. Well he got his hair cut down and he said to me that the lady that cut my hair told me that the coupon expired and he couldn't use it. I said what do you mean? I looked there was two links in the email about the coupon, one was the coupon and one was the wait time. He said she was mad and didn't want to help me. She told me I had to pay the full price. The main reason we even came for a men's cut with the coupon. He could have went to a ******, for cheaper. I went back in 5 min. from the gym and said to her, can you please make this right, as the coupon is not expired. She said he already paid. I said we came because we had a coupon, and you could void that out and make things right. She said that she could not do it, and that a manager needed to do it? I said there is no manager here? Her and the other hair dresser said no. Makes no sense at all? I just want this adjusted!Business response

Customer came back the next morning and the salon manager did an invoice reversal. Customer then was rung up w the couponed invoice amount. See attachments.Business response

Customer came back the next morning and we did an invoice reversal. Then the manager rung up the service using the associated coupon code. See attachments of invoice receipts.Customer response
