I callled WatchMeGrow because I wanted to know if its possible for me to see when exactly I went onto their app and watched the cameras. I told them I wanted to know because I saw something on the cameras at my childs daycare that I wanted to bring to the daycare attention but before I did so, I was wanting to be able to know the day I was on the cameras and saw what I saw. THIS IS ALLL I told them. I only told the lady on the phone (customer service for *********************** that I saw SOMETHING I wanted to talk to my childs daycare about. 10 minutes later, I get to my childs daycare and one of the admins came up to me seeming somewhat upset / annoyed because they told me (and this makes me honestly so angry) that watch me grow had just called them to warn them that I called their customer service (they told the daycare specifically who it was) to try and look into something that I saw. This, I feel, is so 100% not okay. I called watch me grow to get help with a problem I was having with my childs daycare. Then, RIGHT AFTERWARDS, the lady who talked to me on the phone hung up, she turns around and calls my childs daycare to tell them everything I said.Business response

We regret the misunderstanding and apologize for any inconvenience. Our mission is to increase transparency and keep families connected. When a WatchMeGrow user notifies us of a concern, as a courtesy we follow up with the childcare center, to inform them that they may be contacted by a user with a question about something they saw using our service. These calls are intended to be helpful so the center is aware of the parents concern and they can be better prepared to support the parent when they discuss the situation at hand. Conversely, when a family contacts us with a concern, we always advise them to contact their childcare center as our role is limited to providing customer and technical support for our service. In this instance, our efforts may not have helped and for this we are truly sorry.
