      The office manager ******* stated to me over the phone that it would be a requirement that I bring a hard copy of my insurance card for me to be seen and for my insurance to be billed. I had all of the information written down, and I also had a picture of the card saved in my phone. When I arrived at my appointment on 6-29-23 at 8:50 am I showed ******* the picture of my isnurance card on my phone. She threw my phone back in my face agressively and said I needed to forward a copy of that to their email. I sat down to do so, but the office had no wifi option and in that area there is no cell service. I waited in my chair trying to send the email with the card. It would not send. The hygenist finally came and took me back for my exam. I had no other issues with any of the staff and was excited to get some of my teeth issues addressed. When I went to the front to attempt scheduling of my cleaning ******* was again extemely arumentative with the hygenist in front of my about how my cleanings would be scheduled. The hygenist stated she needed two hours with me and ******* practically screamed at her that there are no two hour blocks. Then when I tried to tell ******* that I was going to have to leave to connect to the internet for her to get the copy of my card, she THREATENED TO BILL ME INAPPROPRIATELY NOT SUING MY INSURANCE IF I LEFT THE OFFICE. This terrified me so I walked out. The next communcation I recieved was the DR, who was not present for any of this, telling me that he doesn't want to be my Dr, DUE TO MY ACTIONS. I took no actions. ******* is not a competent manager. She behaved in a discriminatory manner. It was NOT a requirement that I have a hard copy of the card and she threatened to commit fraud to my face. I WANT AN APOLOGY.
