I bought a *** 530 I off the guy. I used $2000 cash for down payment. It's almost like the money just vanished with absolutely no record of it other than my bank account. He took advantage of me through Out the whole process knowing it was my first time buying a car from a lot.Business response

*************************** and ********************************* purchased a 2005 *** 5 Series on 3/21/2023. They were both very happy customers. The down payment in the amount of $2,500.00 was made using a bank card not cash. See attached documentsInitial Complaint

11/10/23 I put $2000 down on a **** Cadillac Seville STS. It wasnt even 24 hrs before the vehicle broke down. I contacted the owner and he blamed me for messing up the starter. So I contacted the *********************** he said I had a finance with and they said they never approved me so he lied on the paperwork and said I had to pay for 12 months. Now Im trying to get my money back from the insurance company he had me go through. He scammed me every which way.Business response

*************************** purchased a vehicle with financing approved through Credit Concepts. After ***** purchased the vehicle she ran it out of gasoline while driving it and caused damage to the vehicle which she admits. ***** called Credit Concepts and said she was not going to make her payments and also cancelled her insurance. The following week the car was repossessed.
