I am seeking the return of security deposit on unit 349 located at the Vintage in Lakewood Washington..It has been over 7 months and I have been trig to phone them to get them to send me my deposit money.They mad two attempts to call my friend to reach me regarding this issue and I am having a hard time understanding why they never just reached out to me considering all i did was move to a new location within the same company. Just a different location about 18 miles away.My email address was and still is the same when I lived at Vintage at Lakewood.. After many days of trying to reach them by phone.. I have recieved no call back.. or any effort to return my deposit.. after 7 months..They had my email address and personal information because they shared that information when I relocated to a new location this past November 2021. within the same company at Vintage *******************************.. My current residence.. I am at a loss? I do not understand this..Business response

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have re-issued a check to the address provided since the first check was returned undeliverable, and our attempts to contact **************** were unsuccessful

*********************Because I question the sincerity of there efforts to contact me.. Vintage Lakewood aka FPI had my email address in their files.. They could have very easily reached out to me Via email.. But didn't make any effort to do so..
My email address has not changed in over many years.. It is the one i use to this day
Also they knew where I was because, They had to exchange paper work from one FPI Vintage property to another..
I still rent with the same company. Just a different location..
