We returned about 700 ar15 barrels to this company and they refuse to refund them. These products were completely unusable in firearms and unsafe. They were made incorrectly causing massive failures. We ordered specific calibers and they sent us different ones and claimed they were the same. Our PO's all state type 2 grendel and they sent type 1. We ordered **** barrels and they sent 223 wylde which is completely different. We spent over a year trying to return these and had an email stating they would take the grendel back. We spent almost **** dollars to ship these barrels back in march and they have been sitting on them. They also tried to refuse the shipment the first time causing us to pay another 400 to redeliver after they were aware they were coming back to them from us. I have has dozens of phone calls and text with the owner and every time they say they will make it right and then they won't.Business response

We have gone through the barrels that were returned to us for inspection. We informed ************ that due to the lack of information, and also not presenting a clear and concise description of his proposed issues with the product, that this process would take some time. We can't simply remove people from their station to go through 700 pieces to try and find a needle in a "haystack." Our findings did conclude that one barrel out of 700 was out of spec. In the beginning ************ had an open purchase order with us to continue to process his product. At one point he refused a shipment of barrels and then he emailed us simply said "we are good with barrels at this time." We had already completed large quantities of product for him and when we asked what his plan was to receive this product, he never answered our phone calls, text messages, or emails. we were then stuck with very large quantities of product made to his exact specifications. we spent many months and a lot of money to re-work this product so that they could be used with the rest of the industry. Now 6 months later he is trying to return items that he didn't sell. We continue to attempt to work with ************ to come up with a solution to his perceived issue. Early on we sent RMA's for him to return product for inspection but failed to ship them back. We also had bolts made for the type 1's to sell with the barrels and he never returned phone calls or messages in order to receive them. We hope to come up with a solution for ************ as we do value him as a customer.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: these screenshots between us tell a completely different story then what was just said lol. You literally confirmed half of them were ****** up and then said your coming up with a plan for me. Its been 4 months. Stop making excuses and stop lying. Send me a check and this is done with. Remember I still have trash bid full of your perfect barrels in my possession. Last chance before they go to Gunsmithing schools as what not to do when making barrels.

Once again we have tried working with BKingfirearms. He continues to be non responsive to our attempts to contact him. Our policy, as stated before is to replace or repair any defects. We would still like to work towards a compromise with ************ if he would be open to a dialogue concerning this issue. ************ is free to contact us at anytime to work towards a common ground. Concerning the barrels he sent back for us to look at, with no direction at all which cost many man hours and a loss of production time due to taking staff off their current position in order to try and see if there were issues, we found one discrepancy. If there is something that we are failing to see it would behoove *********** to contact us to let us know so that we can come to a speedy solution so that all parties involved can have this issue rectified. One stance that we do take is that we will not be bullied into a decision based on whatever situation the aggressor is going through. In any manufacturing scenario there is no credit given based solely on someone's idea that something is not correct. It must be evaluated and inspected, and again our policy is to replace or repair any issues.
