I ordered a motor from this company and made a deposit of $900 on May, 18 2022 and was told the expected shipping date would be 4 weeks from that date. On June 1 I called the business number to get an update on the order and left a message. After no return call, I called again and left messages on June 8, June 13, and June 20. I emailed the company on June 20 as well explaining my request for an update. I have yet to hear back from the company and wonder if they went bankrupt or stopped operating as a business.Business response

We apologize for the delay in shipping **********************' product. We have had a major supplier delay which has slowed down our production and subsequent deliveries. ********************** requested a refund from his credit card and it has been processed.

I paid the $800 deposit back on March 28 for an EP Carry electric outboard motor. I was told the motor would be available in May. I have called many times over the past two months and never heard back. I have sent several emails and left many voice messages and not one has been returned.Business response
