  AQUATIC & LAND SOLUTIONS LLC is conducting ongoing business with a delinquent business status on the ccfs.sos.**.gov. The business address is *******************************************************************************************. As of 5/31/2022, the business is delinquent.I hired this business through its owner, *********************************, to install a paver patio in my backyard in ************, ** on 8/11/2022. I have a written contract that he said he will complete the job within 2 weeks starting on 8/19/2022 for $3,500. I have already tendered $3,340 and *** keeps making excuses. He has not finished the job. From the beginning, I requested a quote from him for labor and materials. He greatly underestimated the cost of materials to be $1,200. His original labor cost would be $5,000. I deposited $2,500 (50% of the labor cost). After receiving my initial deposit, he said the materials would actually cost about $4,000. I told him since materials would cost me more than I budgeted, I requested for a refund of my deposit money. He refused to issue me a refund and forced me to proceed with the project. He revised his contract and lowered his labor to $3,500. After since he received my money, he kept making excuses on why he couldn't perform. He said he had to take care of his daughter, his truck was broken and such. It has been over 3 months and the job is not completed. This business is also not licensed and bonded. I feel scammed as I already tendered the bulk of the funds for this project. *** tries to avoid contact with me and his communication is very hostile. Please help me resolve this issue. I would like for the project to be completed. Thank you.
