Absolutely fantastic! I was really impressed when they texted me a picture of who was coming to my home. They arrived right on time. I told them what I needed done, I was showed what the cost would be and I excepted. ***** and ******* set up 2 outdoor lights in less than a hour. They helped me with the settings of the lights. This was my very first appointment with Shocking Difference and I am not planning on changing to any other business for any future work that I may need to have completed. Absolute top notch service from both **** and Justice. I would actually rate their work as a 5 star ++++. Both technicians were technically competent beyond believe, accommodating to my needs and the most professional technicians I have seen lately. Every detail of the job was explained to me prior to starting their work. Upon completion, I was provided with a personal walk through inspection with the technician showing me exactly what was completed while ensuring that I was completely satisfied with the work. I cannot think of any detail throughout my experience that could have been completed any better. Overall, I was extremely satisfied as well as impressed from the initial contact with the companys receptionist to the technicians completion of the job. I was treated like royalty with the very best of the best service that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Shocking Difference.Shocking Difference LLC Response

***and *****, from Shocking Difference, gave us a quote for a new electrical panel and some additional wiring. They were exceptional! Not only were they thorough! They were helpful in educating us on options we were unaware of. We spoke about our electrical needs, the size panel we'd need and about generators. We are so grateful for their expertise and professionalism.Review from Dan H
