Purchased a water fountain from Bark and Garden for $800 on 03/25/2022. It continues to loose water. We asked an employee at Bark and Garden what could be the problem. We have tried all of their suggestions such as leveling and adjusting the pump but nothing works. So I contacted the manufacturer Alpine,13001 *****************************************************************, 877-710-0162. I got a response back on 06/13/2022 from ************************************* Alpine customer service . She requested a video and pictures of the fountain which I sent. On 06/15/2022 ****** from Alpine said as per their quality team deemed the fountain was defective and to return it to the retailer Bark and Garden. The fountain has a 12 month warranty. On 06/15/2022 I called the manager **** at Bark and Garden and told her Alpine said unit was defective and that I wanted to exchange it for another. She refused to take care of the warranty. I have emailed Alpine twice if they could help me out by contacting Bark and Garden and have not received a response.
