I liked them as a vet at first. Once *************** left and hired his office manager, ******, the whole office went down hill. ****** does not return calls. She does not handle her employees with care and respect. She ignores what she doesnt want to deal with. You can call and leave as many VM as you want and they return sometimes. Then when you go in they act put out. If they picked up their phones it would be much better. They do not treat their employees with respect and I have seen MANY come and go. Turn over at *************** is insane and now we all know why. Apparently everyone but who hired the office manager. They make employees come in sick or threaten firing them. They bring in their ********* to sit in the break room all day and get others sick! Need to be more professional! Love the vets themselves.Review from Larry H

Very Disappointing Experience--One of the receptionists (with the dark curly hair) was very unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome. I had questions about the shots, and felt rushed into them even though I told nurse I had questions. On a positive note, the nurse was very nice and she went the extra mile overall. The items the Dr. recommended were listed as a link on the receipt. I am not going to type out some long link. I thought the items would be listed by name for my ease. I didn't even see them at first. The not friendly receptionist, defensively, talked behind my back after I couldn't find the items on the receipt. Unprofessional, and not a good vibe.I still have not gotten a response from the questions I sent about my prescription being denied. I have sent multiple emails at this point as well as a voicemail. It's been three days. I nicely shared feedback privately, however the manager had poor communication skills and was rude and belittling. I would hope that feedback would be appreciated, and that they would also be wanting to improve customer experience, however I got a defensive attitude for example making the patient wrong ie. 'we have never had complaints before." This kind of statement puts the blame on the patient as though I am having a unique experience rather than self-reflection and taking accountability. It seems however that your practice does not have a growth mindset nor one of patient respect which is very disappointing. I tried to graciously handle this internally, however as rude as the manager was to me when I completed internal survey they requested I fill out-- I felt I needed to share in this public forum so that other people can be warned of my experience. The customer care has been very disappointing, as well as lacking in professional and caring communication skills.Review from Jorge A

Last September we took our 13 year old cat for a checkup as she had vomited 3 times during August. By the appointment date, we had already treated her with homeopathy, and she had not vomited since. The vet recommended xrays, blood and urine tests. The technician was unable to get a urinary sample, so we had to go back two days later. Blood test showed stage 1 for kidney disease and both urine test and x-rays came clean.During the first visit, we showed the area of her tail where she was given vaccines as a kitten oozed here and there. The vet recommended an injectable antibiotic and we were assured twice it was a mellow one with none or minimal impact to the digestive system, which was administered. She takes a few days to be herself after a visit to the vet. A week later her appetite had not come back so we researched online for information on the antibiotic. We found several warnings about it, an ********** vet's blog commenting that this is a level 3 antibiotic (highest) only to be given after other treatments had failed, another veterinary blog commenting that this antibiotic stayed in the system for 60 days and should not be given to cats that have leukemia, which our cat had at a very young age. This was terrible news and we quickly realized we were dealing with something extremely bad for her. On a Saturday morning I called the vet's office which was a little over 10 days after the first appointment. I briefly described the situation and was told I would get a call back that same day. No call came but instead got an email later in the evening, after business hours, stating there wasn't much they could do and suggested taking her to an emergency hospital. On Monday I went to the vet and was suggested we give her fluids via IV. I purchased a bag of IV fluids and followed the instructions. We buried ****, our cat, that Thursday, 18 days after the vet injected her with that poisonous antibiotic Veterinarian ***************************, DVM Antibiotic Cefovecin, ConveniaReview from William V

We took our Chihuahua to our Vet at Green ******** Animal Hospital to schedule dental work. They did Necessary bloodwork and charged us $150, and told us to call for an appointment to get the extensive and expensive dental work done. When we called the very next day we were told our Vet was no longer there (corporate moved him) and the next available Vet appointment would be sometime in April. I dont want my little dog to have to wait that long. They offered to fit her in but what kind of treatment would she get under rushed conditions?Review from Dan M

This business lies about billing. They said theyd pre-bill me for vaccines, then when I showed up for boosters, charged me again. Not only is this shady, they took my food money for the week. You spend so much money making sure your pets have everything they need and then this place comes along and wipes you out for the rest of it.Review from Quinn H

They legitimately stole money from me in the form of a non refundable deposit that nobody said was non refundable. After having to call once a day for over a week, finally somebody took pity on me and told me I was gonna be out that moneyReview from Joan P.

I recently took my dog to get her shots. I was asked twice if I wanted to have her nails trimmed and I said "NO." The vet then came out & told me she wouldn't let me take my dog home unless the clinic cut her nails. If I did not agree she was going to report me to the ************** for "cruelty to animals." I was unaware of any problem my dog was having with her nails, I told the vet I would have my neighbor cut her nails but she would not agree to that. After having been made by manipulation, intimidation, extortion and blackmail to have them do it and no one else at the cost of $26 additional dollars on my **** I had to agree because I wanted to bring my dog home. This vet has seen my dog every year for her shots and other health needs since I inherited the dog. There has never been any negative comments made about her health or my actions in caring for her. I have cancelled a future appointment and will find a new vet. Cutting nails is not a life threatening event. Owners can no longer go in with their pet for any treatment, and no one showed me what the problem was. I was made to feel like a bad pet owner. My dog is very much loved and spoiled.
