On September 14 I went on a whale watching tour with a friend and my 76 year old disabled mother. When I made the reservation for this trip in July, I specifically mentioned my mother and concern about her ability to navigate the boat. I was assured that they would help her and it would not be a problem (this is all in email). They did help her get on the boat, but not until we were on board did we realize that the bathroom was not accessible. They never said a word that it was down steep steps and had no grab bars. She struggled to go one time and it was so difficult for her that she wouldnt drink anything or go again. I informed the company of this and they did not even offer to compensate us for this. Not to mention that we were crammed into a booth on the boat with lots of people. My mother ended up with *****. It was an absolute miserable experience for her and had the company been forthcoming in the beginning about accessibility and congestion issues, we would not have gone. I do have emails and proof of purchase, but am unsure how to upload those here.
