Canceled online reservation before the required 48 hours for a refund as noted in the email. Amount is $255.33 I called and cancled reservation on 4/10 at 2:18pm Called again on 4/18 at 1:16pm because I didn't see the refund. Today 4/25 two weeks later still no refund. Attached is email showing refund requirement and screenshot of phone call with date and time calledBusiness response

Good afternoon,
We have confirmed with the customer that he had already received a full refund and that he received it the day after he had filed the complaint. He said that he had tried to pull back the complaint but could not.
