I tried to log in to my account online to cancel my membership but it wasnt working. I emailed them multiple times and got no response. I tried reaching out on social and calling the phone number (disconnected). Yet they are still collecting every month. I am going to try and dispute with my bank next but for now, I am just trying to stop payments! Requesting a refund and cancel.Initial Complaint

The unit no longer allows me to log in. Looking online, it seems they may be out of business but they continue to bill monthly.The customer support does not return emails and there is no one that answers a phone or returns voicemail's.I want them to discontinue billing me monthly since there is no way to use the equipment without a login!Thank youInitial Complaint

I am paying $39/month. I have been unable to log on to tye interactive studio for over a week. It does not say why it won't log on, it just has the timing circle and then goes back to the main screen. I have reached out several times via email, ******** messaging and Instagram with absolutely zero response. I would like a reply so we can get back into the system or a refund for services paid for that I can't access. App won't even pull up to try from there. I started a subscription with them and my account got deleted and im paid until May 25th. I want to continue to use the product but cant restore my membership i dont want to be charged twice if i subscribe again. Ive reached out to the company via email for 2 weeks no response. I purchased the Jaxjox Interactive Studio in December 2021. It worked great for almost 2 years but it is malfunctioning with error "Bluetooth Share has stopped working." I have contacted Jaxjox via email and social media at least 10 times with no response.Initial Complaint

I purchased a set of adjustable JaxJox dumbells from Best Buy on 12/1/22 order number BBY01-806708580165 for a Christmas gift for my son. On 7/9/23 I tried to return them to Best Buy because the electronic handle wasn't working. Best Buy said we need to contact JaxJox, I contacted them and ok 7/20 they said tbey non longer have a contract with Best Buy and that I'd be responsible for paying ***** for each handle. I said "fine" at this point my son has weights he cant use so I was willing to spend the ***** to make it right. Got an email that stated it's on back order and they'd contact us. 11/14/23 got an email from them after I reached out again and it said still on back order. I tried reaching out a few more times and the email bounced back to me saying undeliverable! I randomly just reached out again and got an automated email back saying they will get back to me in 72 hours. This has been long enough that we have a product we can't use and had to put more money out to actually purchase dumbells My son could use for his therapy! I'm beyond aggravated that I'm out ******. I'm getting the run around from them and I need your help please.
