  On July 31, 2023 I witnessed a Tribella Landscapes LLC employee damage my vehicle while carelessly attempting to mow underneath the bumper of the car, which was parked properly in a parking space in ********, **. The vehicle and a few others were the only ones present in an otherwise completely vacant parking lot. Tribella Landscapes LLC could have done the landscaping work in any areas other than where the 3 vehicles were parked, yet they chose to try to "thread the needle" by mowing in-between my vehicle and one other that was parked end to end with a small grass median between. I watched firsthand as the employee of Tribella Landscapes LLC pushed the mower repeatedly in very close quarters to my vehicle and one other. Afterwards the backside of my vehicle was covered in grass clippings. When I cleared off the grass clippings I found several scratches in the otherwise flawless bumper (the vehicle was nearly new).I reached out to the management company of the property who then informed me that the employee in question works for Tribella Landscapes LLC. I then contacted the owner of Tribella Landscapes LLC through several channels and laid out what had occurred and requested that they present me with reasonable options to address the damages done to my vehicle. The emails did not bounce back so are presumed to have been delivered. However, Tribella Landscapes LLC has not responsded in nearly a month of attempting to get a response. I seek an amicable resolution based upon the facts and my own eyewitness experience.

  I did not hire the business which the complaint was made about; the business in question provides services at a location I visited, during which time they damaged my property.

  Hello,

  I was visiting ***************, Bel-****************** However, Tribella Landscapes LLC was hired and is contracted by the property management company for the office park I visited. The property management company is ***************************** Homes (murrayfranklyn.com) and I have already been in communication with them. They were cordial and explained that Tribella Landscapes LLC is the landscaping company that damaged my vehicle and that my issue should be taken up with Tribella Landscapes LLC directly. I attempted to politiely open a dialogue with Tribella Landscapes LLC several times but they have failed to respond, which is the reason for my BBB complaint. My dispute is directly with Tribella Landscapes LLC as they are directly responsible for the damages. The property management company and dental center did not cause any damages and I seek no remedy from either party.
