Working for this company was an awful experience from day 1 where I was reprimanded for missing an appt that no one told me I had. I received zero training on what was expected of me, little to no response to questions, my clients were overbilled multiple times, and I was not paid for services rendered resulting in thousands of dollars owed to me for services with no actual plan to pay me because I was told my clients hadn't paid (they have proof per their credit card statements) or they don't know which clients had paid or not paid.

I also give this business and its CEO zero stars! Please do your research before doing business of any kind with Synergia but especially with *********************. He has a proven track record of shady business doings. I did months of administrative work for him without being paid a dime. He will hire you as a contractor because its harder to collect from him and he will make tons of excuses for why he cant pay, when he will pay (never), and why you should continue to work for him. Then once people are on to him he closed shop and pops back up under a new LLC.

Zero stars. This is a sham company. The **** *************************, is a fraud. I am a nurse practitioner, contracted with Synergia for 11 months, and I have received no pay for my services. This same thing has happened to many administrative staff and clinicians over the past couple of decades. He opens a new LLC, runs a sham organization for about two years, then closes it leaving the staff without compensation. He has gotten away with this for nearly 20 years, maybe longer. ****** "********************* scam" to see a historical post from 2010, as well as notes about ******** own psychology license suspension for writing prescriptions without authority to do so. He has displayed a long history of disregard for rules and laws. Definitely avoid doing business with Synergia or any company run by *************************. He has a long history of forming sham companies, not paying employees, and engaging in fraudulent billing practices. Do your due diligence, including speaking with former employees and performing a thorough internet search before engaging in any type of dealings with him. He purports to care about mental health and telehealth, but is actually working against this underserved patient population and those of us legitimate healthcare providers trying to give good, high-quality care.Because he uses different LLC/INC names, check who the *** is, and if it is ******, stay away.
