I ordered 2x multicam OCP IR flags and 2x full color reflective American flags on September 17, 2024 for a total of $71.15. Immediately upon completing my order, I sent emails and a phone message to confirm that the flags would be in the reversed configuration. A few days later, I received a shipping confirmation but no response to my message attempts. Once I received my items, I confirmed that they were not what I was looking for and sent additional emails and phone messages to get an exchange or return made. Ive already created a dispute with my credit card agency and will continue attempting the company to process a return or exchange. Currently I would not recommend this business, due to the fact that they do not respond back to any correspondence, nor do they have any type of return or order cancellation policies listed.Initial Complaint

I place an order for Multicam Black IR flag for $23.99 plus shipping and tax ($28.43 total) on July 30th 2024. I was charged for the item and received an email on the 3rd of August saying the item was shipped and was provided a tracking number. When I checked the tracking number it says shipping level created and it has been that way ever since. I have reached out via email, text, and called them multiple times and left voice mails asking for update and have received no response from the business. I would either like my order to be completed or be refunded.Initial Complaint

I purchased IAFF window stickers for my vehicle and have not received them. They were ordered 6-15-2024 and the funds were deducted from my credit card on 6-16-2024. I have not received any correspondence since. I tried calling and email. I have been ghosted since they received payment.Customer response

July 13, 2023 I placed an order (#*****) totaling $150.62 with Empire Tactical on their website, ************************************** (1) Knight's Cross Tactical - Athame Knife, (******** Made) (SQ7346739, $69.90);(1) Large Tactical 5"x3" (FLIR) Thermal Reflective ******** Flag Multicam Patch (SQ0412827, $32.99);(1) Long Dong Morale Patch 3"x2" (SQ3703871, $9.99);(1) Large 5"x3" Multicam Colors ******** Flag - Embroidered Patch (SQ2310374, $11.99);(1) Large 5'x3" Infrared Reflective **** Flag Patch - Coyote (******** Made) (SQ0698981, $23.99)Subtotal $148.86 Shipping $ **** Discount -$ ***** Sales Tax $ ***** Total $150.62 The knife description had a note attached, "ALLOW - 12 days to ship!!!!" (The knife would be sent to ***************, a professional knife sharpener in *******, "to get a RAZOR sharp edge on them. This is a pre-order." I placed my order and received an order (#*****) confirmation that same day, July 13.I waited patiently well past 12 days, occasionally checking my order status from my account on the website. 22 days later, August 4, I finally received an email stating that my order had shipped and a **** tracking number (**********************) was provided. Because I live in *************, ** and this order was being shipped from *******, I knew it would only be a day or 2 to receive the package. I checked at the local *********** every day of the following week and kept trying to get information from the tracking, which kept stating no tracking information available. Eventually, the tracking went to a "Latest Update" screen stating:"A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 1:34 am on August 5, 2023 in *******, ** *****. **** does not have the package yet; contact the shipper or shipping partner with any inquiries." I have contacted the business through email, phone voice mail and text multiple times with no reply and still have not received any product.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 6/23/23 order number *****. I never received anything. I called and left a voicemail. A week later I tried to leave another one and the mailbox is full. I then sent a email, and again no response!!Initial Complaint

Order number ***** was placed on May 31, 2022 for the amount of $21.12 for an Mil-spec Infrared Coyote ***** IR ******** Flag Patch with looped back. I received a cheaper item than what was ordered, and the flag canton was reversed. Contacted Empire Tactical *** numerous times via phone and email and did not receive a response until 6/21/2022. I asked the seller to contact me via phone or email to discuss the issue, but never received contact other than a replacement was being sent via an email with tracking number. I then received a black Mil-Spec Infrared IR ******** flag patch with looped back, vs the Coyote ***** ordered. I made several attempts to contact the seller via phone and voicemail, and email, requesting instructions on returning the incorrect items for a full refund as I had ordered the item from another company. I requested a credit back to my **** debit/credit card. I have not received a credit, nor any further communication from Empire Tactical ***. Warning to others considering doing business with this company...Caveat Emptor! Let the buyer beware! I would strongly recommend against doing business with this company!
