*****, claiming to be the manager, just yelled at me and hung up the phone. This fact will be stated in 1-star reviews online if that becomes necessary. I called back and asked ***** to get a message to the owner, ***, to call me, but ***** told me they'd have to go through ***** and stated, "I wouldn't hold your breath." These are choices made by employees.I've spoken with *** before about my package that was stolen when this business was burglarized. I've left my information with multiple employees at least half a dozen times, requesting the insurance company contact me about my stolen property. I would like *** to contact me about my stolen property, as well as the unabashedly combative attitude of the previously named employees. ******** is the only current employee that is always professional on the phone and in person. The value of my stolen property is $120. I am willing to accept a ledger balance credit in that amount if I am still a customer by the time Rod responds. My other option is a police report of my own, and a civil small-claims case in *******. I've been patient. This is not the same business where I met *** and *****. I look forward to ***'s timely response.Customer response

The business owner contacted me with a resolution and I accepted. Please **** this as resolved satisfactorily if the owner doesn't respond.
