  O'Neil Plumbing is a very good company, but it's customer service needs to improve. ***************************, the Estimator, has often failed to return phone calls from my wife, *****. His communication efforts have been minimal. This has been very frustrating - and does not reflect well on the company. Our neighbor, ***********************, at ************** West is planning to have an unnecessary sewer repair to our shared line. We have lived in our house for over 30 years, and our neighbor 2 years. We share a joint wye fitting (where both lines join together), and our neighbor believes it needs to be repaired because another plumbing company identified a root intrusion in the shared line. On January 9, 2024, ******************** ran a camera down the sewer line of both residences. He informed us that our line, including the shared line, is clear all the way to the main sewer line - and that the problem is the line at ************** West. We are concerned about an unnecessary sewer repair, and the possible financial liability. My wife, *****, has contacted O'Neil Plumbing numerous times in the past month requesting a letter that *** be needed if our neighbor takes us to court. We are appreciative of O'Neil employee *****************************! She has been very helpful attempting to coordinate a letter from *** ********* ***** spoke with ******************** on January 18th, and he said he would write it in a day or two. We finally received the "letter" on January 24th, and it was only two sentences on an O'Neil bid proposal form. It stated that the roots appear to be coming from the backside of the common wye fitting. It is not dated, nor did it contain the date of his sewer line inspection - and did not even disclose our addresses - ******************************* (*****), and ******************************* (Frysz). We want a letter that states the shared line, and the wye fitting does not need to be repaired or replaced - and the letter be on O'Neil Plumbing letterhead, and signed by both ******************* and ****************************
