      I went to inquire on getting a wheel alignment because my car was bearing a little bit to the right. I had no mechanical issues upon entering the shop. They informed me that they needed to do an inspection of the car to see if they were able to complete a wheel alignment, after returning to pick up the car from the assessment, they informed me that they could only do the wheel alignment if they handled my suspension and some other labor I accepted part of the labor so that they could do the wheel alignment. I declined new tires, air filters and some other work because I had just paid for those same services from my personal mechanic a few weeks to a month prior. I allowed them to do the wheel, alignment and suspension, and I paid for the services totaling over $1400. I left my vehicle for them to perform the services thinking I would return the next day because I will alignment takes at least a couple of hours from my experience but not even an hour and 20 minutes after leaving the shop, they called me and informed me through text that my car was ready. I went to pick my car up. I paid for the services and I drove to a gas station about six blocks from the shop when I stopped to get gas and fill up my tank it would not start. I immediately sent a text over and drove by the shop, but they were closed by this time or simply just didnt respond, it wasnt until four days later that they responded to my calls and text convincing me to return the car so that they could check whats going on also insinuating that I had engine problems that were due to nothing that they did. I went in for a simple wheel alignment. I got up sold to things I didnt need And charged for work they didnt do. They refused to refund me. They argued with me about my review and they claimed that because I signed off on the paperwork that they are at no liability. I am out of $1400 and now I have a check engine light And eight different codes up.I have proof that nothing was wrong with my car.

      On March 28, 2024, ************************* brought his vehicle in for an oil change and inspection of the front steering and suspension. 

      Upon inspection of steering and suspension we found: Front Lower control arm bushings cracked and torn - sway bar end links - shocks and struts all appeared ORIGINAL - front tires completely bald - right rear tire cracking and date coded from 2017 - left rear tire, ok - (please see attached digital inspection sheet report) Our technicians test drive the vehicle before,during and after repairs and never experienced any poor running issues of the vehicle.

      **************** approved the minimum repair to replace the front lower control arms, and perform a 4 wheel alignment.  **************** declined and was aware of the other issues listed in his inspection report and our recommendation for repairs to his vehicle.

      Other issues found and documented that **************** declined:
      Left brake light out, both tail lights out, and both license plate lights out
      Brake fluid condition poor
      Coolant/Antifreeze no protection
      On arrival engine oil black and approximately 1 quart over full
      Serpentine belt cracking and worn
      Coolant hoses original
      Engine air filter extremely dirty
      Fuel light on during test drive

      Please see attached invoices and inspection sheets with declined repairs.

      Repairs that Masters Automotive Corporation performed on ****************** vehicle, have no relation to how the engine is running or performing.

      **************** authorized all repairs performed.

      The vehicle was completed on Friday evening, and we did not know about ****************** issues until Monday morning due to our business being closed over the weekend.

      I have also attached the bad review he gave us on ****** and Yelp.  After replying to his review,he deleted it within 24 hours.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Sincerely, and the original statement From master auto tire replying to the yelp review that I made that was deleted for some reason, they said that I did not respond to them in a timely matter and they also said that I deleted a yelp review. They also claimed that their workers did what was needed. My car went in with no major issues, and I picked up my car and not even 10 minutes later I noticed that it was running very bad, accountability is what Im looking for and a refund. It doesnt matter what I signed off for the work was not done and my car is in worse state I tried to upload from the day of my car being picked up 10 minutes from the time that it was picked up, but it will not allow me to post them here , but just know I have several videos of my car before dropping it off to you right after dropping it off to you in one week after dropping it off to you and my car has been breaking down day by day ever since I let you work on it . I am not compensated. I will keep pursuing this issue until I am. I am not happy with my experience with your company you have your opinions of what transpired, and I have my Fact. You tried to sell me for a bunch of things that I declined and ended up getting done by much cheaper mechanics. Parts that you sold me were overcharged and the labor as well. You worked on my car for a of not even two hours and you received the payment of over $1400. And my car started acting up immediately after I picked it up from you. This is not right morally.

      #1 It was a ****** review, and was soon deleted after we replied by the author (you).
      #2 You stated in your complaint : You tried to sell me for a bunch of things that I declined and ended up getting done by much cheaper mechanics.  If that is the case, why is your car still running poorly?
      #3 you also stated: I have several videos of my car before dropping it off to you right after dropping it off to you in one week after dropping it off to you and my car has been breaking down day by day ever since I let you work on it .  Please provide us with the videos.
      #4 You said Parts that you sold me were overcharged and the labor as well. You were fully aware of our prices and labor rates as we sent them to you and you signed off on it.
      #5 Masters Auto and Tire will not be compensating you for $1400. Your bill was $1248.86.  Which you are currently trying to ALSO to do a dispute credit card charge for that amount.
      #6 The work we did on your car, has nothing to do with how poorly your car runs.  It isnt even in the same vicinity.  You declined the work we recommended to help your car run better.

      Masters is rejecting your response, and will take it to arbitration if need be.

      I went in ******* to get and wheel alignment. I was urged to pay for a diagnostic first in order to see if the wheel alignment was possible I was quoted a price for only the wheel alignment, but the diagnostic I paid for the diagnostic and returned to find out that they Wanted me to get some other mechanical work done first which included new tires, air filters, and also fuel pump and a radiator pump. All of which my personal mechanic told me I needed none of . I asked for a tuneup and I was informed that before he did a tuneup and a wheel alignment, he would have to check and see if those things were possible. I declined the other work that they referred because I knew that I didnt need it because I had gotten these things done with my personal mechanic prior to coming there.. Three days ago, my mechanic I dont need fuel pump I dont need and my car is misfiring because of fuse one of the fuses on the engine that would have been touched in the tune up. Im not exactly sure what they did, but when I left their shop, my car broke down day by day. I tried to dispute this with my bank. I tried to contact them immediately after leaving their shop, but they declined to refund me properly they requested that I bring my car to have them check it out and see what was going on . I was uncomfortable because I spent almost $1400 on a diagnostic and a wheel alignment and a tuneup . I went and purchased a bunch of parts that they told me I will need changing out. Ive had my check engine light coming on and off. And Im out of $1200. The only proof I have is videos of my car before taking it to them and after. I have the messages that I sent their company immediately after leaving which I got no response to. And my review was deleted because they made a complaint about it. I tried to upload videos to the BBB website. It would not allow me to. *** sent in several videos and several photos of my car before and after I have receipts from the equipment that I bought..
