I purchased a 2015 ***** traverse. Everything was looking good on it. And what not? I started driving home. It had issue ended up towing at home. Have not been able to drive it since I've been trying to contact the company best. Buy motors in spannaway Washington and I have not ever received a call back. I've tried numerous times and numerous attempts to contact them every day. I've even called the *** to see if they even had that vehicle registered to my name and they have no record of that car bean registered to me as of tomorrow, March 19th 2024, I'm not able to even drive the vehicle due to the fact of not even having plates or my registration or my title to that vehicle. I made numerous attempts to try to contact them to figure out where my plates and my title to that car was. And then, when contacting the ***, they said they have no record of that car even being sold to me. So I can't even drive the car. If I wanted to with the issues and I took it to the shop to figure out what the issue was. And there is arking going on which can make my car explode at any point. And they fell to tell me any of this at the dealership that I bought it from. I would want a full refund of the cost of the car cost of the licensing the. Registration and all the fees and I would like to be compensated for my time in Anguish that I've had to go through.Initial Complaint

Good evening BBB. (PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENTS IT SAYS IT ALL) As you can see from the attachment's I was told I was buying from Prince ********************** and given the address of *************************************************************. As you can see I was also speaking to someone named *** at that same address. I was informed I would be given my money back*** YET*** that did not happen the car was deemed dangerous and I at that point had put $600.00 in at mechanic's shop, $300.00 for a lyft there and It is NOT SAFE to drive back. They are fully aware of that situation and I said I wanted the $6,600. back in full and for them to send a tow truck to pick up. They refused and after talking with the city and doing research PLEASE PLEASE look up both these business at ************************************************************** 1.) ****************** (***********************) Owner, Principle and Manager...2.) Best Buy Auto (*****************) Owner, Principle. Do some more research and come to find they are family. On 9/28/23 The gentleman that did the paperwork for and with us said they always help each other out because they are ALL FAMILY!!! I was going to take them to court however after my LEGAL ADVICE the more research information we gather on them and they more of documented cases like this on and they more previous customers they have done the SAME thing to we speak to is better once we complete this to take to court before the judge and all the witnesses that also want to testify Against the people. 1.) Proof from city documents they are ALL family! 2.) Attachments showing conversation. 3.) Before suit filed we are submitting these claims and gathering witnesses ( previous customers sold unsafe dangerous cars they were fully AWARE of). 4.) Please feel free to look them up and you WILL see they are all family!!!!!!! They had me blocked on offer up because i reported them and they did not want to own up to there corruption*** ALL*** of them at ************************************************************* 5.) If you would like the name of the auto body/mechanic shop and Owner he said he would be glad to talk to you!!!! HE stated the business that sold this vehicle should be shut down. He took ALOT OF PICTURES showing how that's NOT the engine that went with this car.. Nor the hood and was NOT EVEN BOLTED IN... Hoses were thrown in not even attached AGAIN THEY TOOK PICTURES. He stated that is a death trap and if it was to even try to be fixed it will take THOUSANDS!!!!!! ALSO The vehicle has a MAJOR RECALL AND THEY NEW IT AND SAID NOTHING... I have NO car to get to work!!!!! NO car for doctors appointments for my injections I have to have in my spine and hips. NO car to store NO car to pharmacy to pick up my medications for my fibromyalgia, depression, back for pain due to 3 failed back surgery and so on. THIS IS NOT FUNNY/ THIS IS NOT A JOKE/ THIS IS MY LIFE!!!! ONE THEY THOUGHT NOTHING OF WHEN THEY SOLD ME A DEATH TRAP AND DID NOT CARE!!!!!!! To whom it may concern I purchased a **** Chevrolet Impala from Best Buy motors inc that had ******* miles on it. We purchased the vehicle in cash full price ***** dollars we purchased the vehicle on November 24th 2021 and drove the vehicle home. On November 28th 2021 the vehicle started shifting very hard on my way home from work. November 29th 2021 I took the vehicle to aamco transmission shop and they ran 3 major test on the transmission and the transmission failed all 3 major test. The people at aamco transmission. Said that there is metal in the *********** and its completely burned up. The *********** has evidence of stop slip being put in before we bought the car from Best Buy motors giving the matter that the dealership knew about the bad *********** and still sold the car to us. The car had three codes due to *********** problems that were cleared away before we bought the car cause the *********** shop read the three codes that are in the memory of the computer of the car I am writing to this to try and get some help with repairs of the car or maybe just my money back we spend ***** +dollars on a car with a completely bad *********** and we were never gonna know about it until the temporary stop slip burned back up and the *********** started having problems again.
