This business is using false advertising. They are using my professiinal bio as if I am still working with their clients. Under 'about us' I'm the ONLY PERSON listed, not any other nurse practitioner, or staff of this 'clinic' are listed, though tbey have 1 or 2 other ARNPs working with them. I believe they continue to use my name, as their clients remember me, not the new ARNPs they have on staff. I resigned in May 2021 and they continue to use my bio....I was told 3 months ago by one of the owners that this would be dealt with. I called their office and one of the new ARNPs AND NOTHING has been done!! I am a self-employed nurse practitioner. These people have hcost me $1200 in legal fees already. Former clients tell me they have been overcharged. I DO NOT WANT MY PROFESSIONAL REPUTATION RUINED by these unprincipled people continuing to use my name. Please help.Business response

I respect that **************** was concerned about the remaining information, and has not incurred any legal fees or contacted our office of any such need to do so on our part. The web designer had missed a page that had additionally listed ******************** information and the additional area on the site has been identified and removed. There was no ill-will nor attempt to mislead; as it was the company's desire to delete all of her association with our office as well. *********** somehow ruining her reputation is a personal opinion of her nature: as part of the reasons for separation was due to patient complaints of Ms. ******* behavior in discussing her personal issues and company information with patients, and erratic and threatening behavior with staff. There has been a long history of such problems, and we did not intend to miss to severe any ties between **************** and our company.
Other providers were contracted with our office and actively working with Complete during this time as well - she is very well aware all patients were transferred to other providers, as were patients informed as seen. Anyone contacting the office and the office itself discontinued all services related to and associated as of ******************** termination which was contracted under patient care guideline until August 31, 2021.
**************** also has a very strict confidentiality clause and non-compete clause of which she should not be taking calls from patients of Complete Medical in any capacity. Anyone contacting her would be seeking services of which any such call to her should be referred back to the Complete Medical office. This raises our concern that **************** is treating and soliciting patients within our scope of care and in violation of her non-complete clause, as well as attempting to discredit our company to do so.
The separation with **************** was amicable and we wish to keep it that way. We apologize to her for the missed information, we believe it has been completed across all channels and are more than happy to comply if she is to see anything else.
If any patient contacts her, she is to refer them to our office, and wish her well to her other endeavors.
