************ sold me a 2012 Kia ******* I paid $8000 cash for it. I have a signed contract stating 0 balance, he is threatening to come and repo my car even though it is paid in full with 0 balance due. The car is in my name only. My husband and ************ agreed to work out approximately $1300 for the balance on the vehicle. However, ************ deferred that payment and stated on the contract we both signed 0 balance due. Now he wants to breach the contract when we discovered that he illegally placed a lien on my vehicle. Refused to supply us with a registration or title to this date. We were never under notified or any discussion concerning him putting himself as a lien holder on the title, I would have never agreed to that. Also, ************ put 2 temporary licenses on my car before supplying plates. We purchased the vehicle in December of 2022. We were not supplied the plates until March 24, 2023. We have never been supplied with the registration showing that he put a lien on the title. He lied to us all along and never supplied the title. Which we still dont have and he is holding it hostage and threatening to repo a car I paid $8000 cash on and the contract clearly states $0 balance due. I asked him to supply me with a contract that showed a balance owing and he said he had one and would after he repoed the vehicle. He has sent threats and demanding payment and is being unreasonable we offered several resolutions and he has refused all of them.Initial Complaint

We bought a car from this company that the transmission blew on the way home. I called him and he said he would make it right . After ******************************************************************************************************* and told my husband he was sorry I was alive and he was married to me. After his he tried to get us to go in a back room and when I refused and said I felt unsafe he pushed me outside and locked the door with my husband still inside. And new resumes to to anything. He also with ***** out registration, tags , and title to our car that we payed cash out right for. This man is very scary and has reviews on ****** stating that he has done the same thing to others and makes fake reviews for ****** and takes down ones that tell the truth about him. Please stop him from hurting someone as he is very aggressive against women.Business response

WE OFFERED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY THE CUSTOMER DECLINED IT SHE SAID MY UNCLE IS A MECHANIC I TOLD HIM THERE IS NO WARRANTY NO GUARANTEE THEY DID SIGNED ALL THE ***** WORK FOR NO WARRANTY
